It is a beautiful boot but it was very difficult to put on. The ring in the back did not help me. It could be because the leather was so stiff.

The shoes are clunky! I like them but I liked past years versions of these Chelsea boots more than this years. (I'll buy them every year, regardless, forever. Just my preference!)

I was sorely and totally disappointed with these boots. The reason is because I expected a much better quality of leather, given the fact of the reputation you have. I have a pair of Cole Hann boots that I've had for at least 5 years and they still look great. The price point that you asked for them should have matched your reputation.

They are nice looking boots (off of my feet) the sole is comfortable and the heel is a great height for someone steering away from the chunky platform styles. Even with the perfect fit in length, unfortunately there is way to much space around the top of my foot and ankle. As I walked around my living room, my socks were pulled down with every step. My partner said it looked like I was wearing rubber boots with the way the leather was moving. I have since applied for a return and am sending them back. I am on the hunt for boots once more.

Beautiful boot, but too narrow, especially if you want to wear with a warm sock in the winter.

These are great boots, I got multiple compliments the first time I wore them! My only issue is that I wish they came in a wide size because they're tight across the ball of my foot and I have to wear thin socks which isn't ideal for a cold weather boot.

I really want to love these boots, because they are waterproof and stylish however I cannot wear them all day as I find them to be a little narrow. I have broken into them and they are comfortable relative to other Chelsea boots I have worn but if they came in wide, I think this would truly be the perfect boot. The rubber soles have also already started to wear out. It would be great to see an improved, durable and wide version of this boot next year.

I just dropped these off at UPS today to return them... They are too big. I am an 8 and purchased these in an 8, but they felt two sizes bigger. It's too bad because they look good.

Leather was hard and boot was narrow. Had to return.

It was the perfect waterproof Chelsea boot I was looking for. However, the boots kept the socks rolling down no matter how many times I pulled them up! Never happened in any other Cole Haan I've purchased, and I'm loyal! This boot didn't work and made the return. On to the next Cole Haan!

Good looking boots but the sizing was off by a lot. One foot fit fine the other was at least a half size smaller. Cole Haan was gracious to accept the return but now im scared to by any product from them on line.

Not comfortable for this price

I am usually a size 6.5. Based on another review of these shoes running too large, I ordered a size 6. They are huge and my daughter who wears a 7.5 can wear them. Since they are non-refundable, this is a big issue. The shoe itself is nice so it's too bad that the sizing was done incorrectly.

This is a new version of the Greenwich Chelsea and I was underwhelmed. Size ran smaller than last pair I had and now I can't return them because they were on sale. The quality is not the same either. I'm very disappointed.

Great looking boot - unfortunately it was so small I could barely take it on and off. Once I finally managed to get it on my foot, the heel was incredibly narrow. I have several other Cole Haan shoes and a pair of boots in the same size that are perfect, so completely baffled by others that say they run large.

I recently purchased the Women's Greenwich Waterproof Chelsea Bootie from Hudson Bay Metrotown, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the seemingly stylish design, the booties proved to be uncomfortable and poorly constructed. From the moment I put them on, I encountered significant foot pain due to the lack of proper arch support and cushioning. Even after attempting to break them in, the discomfort persisted, making it impossible to wear them for more than a few minutes. Considering the reputation of Hudson Bay and the price point of these boots, I expected a much higher level of quality and comfort. Unfortunately, this purchase fell far short of my expectations. Overall, I would not recommend the Women's Greenwich Waterproof Chelsea Bootie to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive footwear option. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a more reliable brand.

Bad quality, the item doesn't look like in picture

These boots look very cute, however they are extremely narrow at the toes. I tried "breaking them in" which ended up causing a stress fracture on my left foot. I usually wear normal width but if your feet aren't extremely narrow, do not order these. They're too expensive and once you wear them, you can't return them.

I loved the look of this boot but ultimately had to return because the height/construction irritated my shins.

Bought these boots for an upcoming trip. Wore them for 5 days, the skin of my legs was torn due to the hard leather brushing against it (I did wear socks). Never seen anything like this! I have to out bandaids all around but got worse. I have a ring of raw skin around my legs. I am returning them!!!! I love Colehaan products but this one is a big miss.

Hard to get on and tight fit. Tried to break them in but they're extremely uncomfortable; a rare Cole Haan fail.
