Not sure if I should've sized up or sized down but I haven't figured out how to make it so my feet don't feel like they're sliding around and making my toes feel tight at times. My ankles hurt running in these too, they haven't been comfortable for me.

I ordered the extra wide size because in the past I have ordered regular size & had to break in the sneaker. I still had a little pain to my feet with breaking in these too but subsided with use. Im happy with my purchase & plan to stick with ASICS brand.

Just what I needed. Perfect amount of cushion for my first half marathon. I've been running in the Gel-Kayano for years, it's still a favorite for me. I have some hip issues and the stability is great.

I have been a loyal Kayano only girl for about 15 years. What did ASICS do?!!! These are ugly and have been ruined with the update. If I wanted Hoka shoes, I would have bought them. I cant run in these! Where is the support? I want to cry that after 15 years I have to try and find another running brand. Please go back to how the 28s were.I beg you!

Perfect shoe for me. I get the support that allows me to remain active. Only running/walking shoe I use.

I'm very happy with the shoes but the laces frayed in the first two weeks and you won't replace the laces. They are a different color to match so I guess I'm just out of luck.

I have been wearing ASICS for over 20 years now. Will not wear any other brand. I have a co worker that just bought the same shoes and she is very happy.

I have a narrow foot and have a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit. Im so glad Asics makes some styles in narrow and hope they continue to do so. My only complaint about the Gel-Kayano is the thick sole. It makes the shoe comfortable but stiff. Otherwise, love it.

I have worn the Kayano for years and have ordered a wide for about 5 years. The new model is a little different from previous versions with the top outside edge of the toe box a little shorter? Resulting in my third and forth toes rubbing. If I went up a size they would be too long in front of my right toe.

This shoe is great! I have bad feet and have had surgery on my right foot so it is hard to find a shoe that is comfortable. These shoes are so comfy and supportive. The footbed is just right for my orthotics. I am so glad that I found these!

Super supportive and comfortable. Im recovering from foot surgery and the stability is excellent.

I have been running/working in Gel Kanayo and Gel Nimbus for over 15 yrs. I have never bought a pair of running shoes that caused so much foot pain. Foam is very stiff and unforgiving with no arch support. I will be returning these shoes for the first time.

These shoes are so bizarre. The sole is basically a giant platform, like clown shoes. I cant imagine comfortably running in them. Ive been wearing gel kayano for close to 15 years, but I had to return these. Luckily I was able to pick up some kayano 14s, but I dont know how long they will produce the throwback line.

Im so happy with the Kayano 30 shoes! I bought mine in December and wear them daily so comfortable and lite weight. Ive been wearing the Kayanos for years and these are just perfect. I had the 28 series and they were horrible hardly wore them because they caused my feet to be fatigued and shin pain.

It fits great. I just would like it in an MK version.

I bought these for a trip to Europe where I would be doing a large amount of walking. I am also a nurse and am on my feet 12 hours a day. I know about quality shoes. And these are it! They were perfect for my trip and this particular color looked great with my outfits even if I was dressing business casual. I would definitely recommend them. My feet never hurt once on the trip, they were tired but didnt hurt. Win win win!

I love these shoes, the cushion and the positioning are perfect and really help my back pain. I have a job where I stand or am on my feet for hours, so these really help with the comfort in my feet as well. I do have a very narrow long foot, so they are a bit too wide for me, but I am able to lace them up enough!! Wish these shoes came in a narrow width.

For wife. She feels the 30s are the best shoe yet. Perfect drop for her running style. Comfortable toebox

I have not received shoes yet. Ordered 3 pair and was excited about getting my them however it is now going on one month since I purchased and I have now received them. This makes me question the reason why shipping is free over a certain purchase. Sad that such a huge company has to cut corners and give the customer the short end. I had to push my cardio sessions back because Ive already donated to charity all my older running shoes. Here I am, still waiting a month to receive them. Ill repost on the actual shoe once I receive. For right now, I am highly disappointed with ASICS.

I was very excited for these, I decided to try ASICS as Brooks stopped making Bedlams. They have a very thick sole, and feel supportive with lots of cushion. I was very pleased at first. I ran 4 miles in these shoes and got blisters in places I never have before. Even though I measured my foot and followed the sizing guidelines, they are too short with a wide toe box. I cant decide if they are too big or too small. Make sure you really walk around in them, (inside of course!) before you decide you want to keep them. They have to be in original condition with the tag still on to return. Customer service told me to tie the shoelaces tighter. Im doing my best to tough it out for the next month, until I can ask for Brooks for my birthday.

Rating is more like 3.75. Asics is the only sports shoe that my narrow feet seem to like and I try to stick with the brand. But lately the narrow versions are running a bit wider than previous versions, so I wear an extra pair of socks, etc., to accommodate. Still a good solid, shock absorbing shoe, but may have to try other brands in the future.
