I've been wearing the Gel-Kayano for years now and they've always worked for me - very comfortable out of the box and stable. The Kayano 30s are not it. My first run in these was so painful! My arches and heels hurt so badly within the first mile that I had to give up my run and recuperate on the couch for the rest of the day. Highly disappointed. I returned these and went with another running shoe brand instead.

Unfortunately these felt good but hurt my daughters feet when running.

Not as good as the previous year kayanos. My feet hurt after wearing them and a very long break in period.

No leg pain after a 15 hr event on my feet .. yay!

My Gel-Kayano 30 are so comfortable for walking. They have good support and fantastic cushioning. They propel me forward when I speed up. I did size up 1/2 size for a roomier fit as I have wider feet. I Love them and I would recommend them.

Best Kayano model yet. They were good before but this time they were better

Ive had several twisted ankles, fractures and finally surgery. ASICS is really the only shoe I trust.

Very soft landing when running however a bit more unstable than previous models I def felt the change in the platform and I used them to go skateboarding and its not a good fit because of the height.

Great shoe! I have been wearing asics for years and have always worn an 8.5. I ended up with a few bruised toenails-needed to size up a half of a size to keep my toes from hitting the front while running.

These are at least the 4th pair that Ive owned in the last several years & theyve been great. Its been a few years since getting a new pair (I opted for Brooks for my last running shoe), & this pair feels great with the exception that my right foot is landing weird within the shoe. The inside of my right heel is rubbing on the foam insert & the outer part of the same foot (just below the outside of my pinky toe) is also rubbing on the insert. Im trying a few things to see if I just need to break the shoes in more or if another course of action needs to be taken. Its a bit odd; Ive never had this issue with any running shoe.

Ive had Gel-Kayanos since 2010, upgrading yearly as new versions are released. The 30 has been great! I just purchased my 2nd pair. I love the look and comfort of the extra thick sole. I walk 4-6 miles every day and this is my go-to walking shoe. A few downsides of the 30: 1. The fabric at the heel wore thin more quickly than usual after about 6 months. 2. The material of the soles has been changed with this version and seems to be more porous. My white soles have stained to a dingy brown and despite every effort to clean them the stains will not budge. Overall would highly recommend!

Stop trying to compete with hoka. Bring back the gel kayanos that I have loved for 20 plus years.

I have flat feet and a bunion. These shoes provide great stability and plenty of room in the toe area.

Great cushion and really stable! A little narrow in the toe box for me but great shoe.

ASICS are my go to court shoes. So I tried these for my walkers and wow!

Love the lavender colors and very comfortable for walking and running. Very cushioned but that doesn't weigh down the shoe. My second pair of Kayano's and I'm still hooked! The design change was kind of dramatic, but this is still a series that I'll repurchase again and again

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes and I love them! They are comfortable, durable, and smart looking. I highly recommend them!

I have worn ASICS for more than ten years. These shoes did not disappoint. Comfortable and reasonably priced.

Love that ASICS arent so narrow anymore. Glad I can go back to wearing them.

would have been a 5 but they are a little higher around the ankle so it took a few days of wearing them before i could wear them all day. But they are really comfy, and super cushy!

Heads up, if you order the bright red. They are much brighter (almost fluorescent/neon). The shows are great. Lots of cushion and stability for my 20+ miles of walking each week.

I buy these shoes 3 pairs at a time! I use them for my walksnot for runningand find them very comfortable and supportive.

This shoe is very comfy and fits like a classic Kayano.
