Ive bought several Gel 29s (Only limited colors in extra wide) and half the time I had to return them due to the shoe fitting too snug. This time was no exception. The shoes were too small and were not the extra wides (4E). More like 3es. I also cant where the Gel30 as they too are fitting smaller. Pretty disappointing to be sure!

Excellent shoe, lots of cushion and comfortable around the ankles. Im new to running and these things are like walking on clouds.

Very comfy, flexible and durable. Good for long runs!

Updated shoe sole is comfortable and supportive. Have received compliments on shoes appearance as well. Its a pleasure to run in. I agree with other reviewers that the shoe runs a 1/2 size small.

One of the most innovated stability shoe designs out there, but my pair came with a few manufacturing defects. Also, the heel runs hot and would benefit from a pull-tab or elf-ear style counter to make the shoe easier to put on.

I don't want to take them off. Because of medical reasons it's hard for me to walk on hard surfaces, now I can go shopping and feel a normal person after. I wish they had more color selection in the larger sizes (14 extra wide)

The tongue is to short so the edge of the shoe pushes on my ankle causing discomfort. The shoelaces are to long resulting in them being stepped on sometimes and untying.

Terrible. Hurt my ankles and Achilles wearing these. Gave them away. Old ones were way better. They are trying to be like hokas but are not.

As a commercial cleaning, these have been game changers! On my feet for 2-3 hours after working my full time job, I needed shoes that would minimize feet and back pain. These have been perfect.

Design is super narrow now aroumd the toes. May have to go wide now if available.

Great shoes, feel better balance and there is a smooth stride to my runs. Moved up from Gel Kayano 27 (had 500 miles on it). Also, wasn't really consciously working on it, but has shaved off a min to my per mile pace in a few weeks

Great shoe as far as gel/comfort. Has outstanding cushion, more than other ASICS gel shoes. Only thing I do not like much is the thick white part, looks a bit weird like its trying to make you taller or something. Should maybe color the white part more into the shoe color.

Just started running in stability shoes due to some knee issues. The Kayano 30 doesnt feel like your traditional stability shoe of being heavy and clunky.

This are my 3rd Kayanos and somehow they keep making me fall in love with how comfortable they are.

Honestly, these are probably the best running shoes Ive ever owned. Ive tried many brands to see how theyd work for my wide and flat feet and these are the perfect amount of stability, comfort, and arch support. Im shocked. Still need to put more miles on these but out of the three Asics I have already, these are my go to. Great step up from the 29s which I also have.

Ive been using Kayanos for decades and the feel of this new generation is amazing. Totally different, looks are great, cushioning feels soft but very supportive and with better feedback. Love running on this!

I have pronounced, profound, pronated ankles. My doctor in Manhattan growing up asked to take pictures. I have enjoyed these shoes thus far. I have gone with Asics for the last few years because Asics puts an emphasis on PRONATED ankles. Thank you, guys.

I finally cracked the code. For me, my Kayanos have to be plus1 and extra-wide! This shoes are amazingly comfortable and stable. I am very happy with this purchase.

Ive been buying the Kayano line for the last 13 years. I really like the sculpted look of this one. These are light and stable without being harsh. The stability is happening in the background now instead of in your face all the time. I even got a pair for my wife and now shes a believer!
