Light, good air flow, and quite a lot of cushioning. My favorite pair of G-K30 yet! Seriously, I forget I have them on. Took me a while to get use to the big heel, but it's such a nice shoe, you gotta get the cushioning somehow. I'm no waif either, 275 lbs. is a lot to cushion, and I know it. Great shoe, get it and enjoy.

Solid heel stability while maximum cushion is there. The wide version provides a solid footing.

Very happy with these shoes. I am 6'4" and 270 lbs. This is the only running shoe I have ever tried that allows me to run without knee or low back pain. Bought a second pair as soon as I realized how great these shoes are. Allowing me to run regularly for the first time in years!

Extremely comfortable shoes and love the motion control as my left foot wants to turn inward and I walk. This shoes stops that and has solved by inner ankle pain.

Some of the best and most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased. The design really allows for ideal foot movement and the padding within the shoe does not leave your feet in any discomfort after a walk or run. Definitely recommend!

My husband has a very wide foot. These sneakers are the first shoes other than Birkenstocks that have fit him off the shelf.

I'm disappointed that there aren't more colors available in 12.5 Wide....like Deep Ocean/White (Gel Kayano 30).

Was having foot issues and my doctor recommended the Kayano's. I bought them and saw and felt an immediate improvement.

I find the Asics Gel Kayano 30 to be great shoes for my pronated feet. I normally wear 2E width but for the Gel Kayano 30 a 4E works better.

I was experiencing foot and shin pain when I was running or power walking. To help remedy this, I went to a shoe store to get fitted for shoes. After the foot scan the store clerk brought out 3 types of shoes that would be best for my feet. These ASICS Gel-Kayano 30 were 1 of the 3 pairs that were presented to me, and these were my favorite by far. The store didn't have the color I wanted so I ordered directly from ASICS. Ever since I have been wearing these shoes during my workouts my feet nor my shins ache any longer. It is incredible how a pair of shoes can make or break you!

I have plantar fasciitis. The 28s were ok, but seemed a little over hard on the instep. Tried some nimbus and were very comfortable. This is the prefect mix between the two. I am not a competitive runner so can't really speak to them being "slow" but my feet are pain free when I am in them.

I have been wearing Kayanos for years, as they are great for over-pronation. This pair has been more of what I expect thus far.

The Best all rounder! This is my 3rd kayano, it never disappointed me. Now even with the looks. 30 has been upgraded so much from previous version.

Great shoes! So comfortable. Perfect for long walks and runs.

I have used Gel-Kayano but tried Gel-Nimbus last time. Big mistake. Nimbus fit and sizing is off. Gel-Kayano in same size fit perfectly.
