Good gym shoes. The foam is quite hard, to be suitable for stability and weight lifting. This means they are not the most comfortable for walking. They also run a bit warm, but should be fine for what they were designed, ie gym sessions. The white colourway is nice.

Wow, what a difference wearing these instead of regular trainers. They helped to keep my feet glued to the floor while lifting. Adidas always true to size. I think this makes 5 pairs for me.

This has to be the best thing you could but to compliment your feet for running. 10/10 would recommend for beginners that want to run at a small cost. Breathable and spacious too!

These are comfortable to work out in. They give the right amount of bounce for weight training, instead of that thick wedge used in running shoes!
