From the moment I put them on, the fit was spot-onsnug but not restrictive, with great support for both lifting and general workouts. The cushioning is comfortable without being overly soft, which means I get the stability I need for weight training while still feeling good on my feet during longer sessions. Unlike some other gym shoes that feel too springy, these provide a firm, grounded feel, making them ideal for squats, lunges, and machine work. The grip is excellent, and the breathable upper keeps my feet cool even during intense workouts. These are the most comfortable trainer I have worn to date. They have a wide toe box and I love the rubber reinforced toe shield, making it easy to keep the shoe clean.

I bought these to wear while working out at the gym, and they hold my feet well and the soles are comfortable, so they're great for working out.

good shoes for the gym, true to size and comfortable

Good gym shoes. The foam is quite hard, to be suitable for stability and weight lifting. This means they are not the most comfortable for walking. They also run a bit warm, but should be fine for what they were designed, ie gym sessions. The white colourway is nice.

Wow, what a difference wearing these instead of regular trainers. They helped to keep my feet glued to the floor while lifting. Adidas always true to size. I think this makes 5 pairs for me.

This has to be the best thing you could but to compliment your feet for running. 10/10 would recommend for beginners that want to run at a small cost. Breathable and spacious too!
