Energy rods 2.0 make them great for running and can be good for fast paces

I've been wearing Boston's for over 12 years. The Boston 12 seems like a new shoe. The size is off compared to the Boston 11s. I was wearing a size 11 now I wear 10.5. The shoe is lighter and the material thinner. Not quite sure how I feel about this trade off.

Shoes are good for distance running. Maybe a bit overpriced but def not the most expensive. I would say if you like Boston these are a good option.

The Boston 12s are a firm but comfortable ride. Great for uptempo or faster workouts.

Great shoe, felt comfortable, stable and supportive, got them for long distance running and have felt nice. They are a little big around the toe box, but nice and tight around the forefoot.

Been out in them a few times. Give good support through the run. A nice bit of forward movement with the bars underfoot. See why they are a marathon classic for everyday runners.

I bought this as a training shoe, in which did exactly what i wanted it to do. The responsiveness of the padding and plastic was perfect as i felt like it was very light and very responsive without having a carbon fibre plate. the shoes upper feels quite plasticky which i prefer and also after breaking them in it honestly just feels like a sock and your feet don't overheat and feel too wet. it's a very good shoe and i recommend it for beginners and intermediate runners as i'd say after 150km it starts to break a bit

The style is my favorite as far as color and looks. It's great for speed workouts and 5K. But for my cadence when I try and run slow it gets clunky. However as crazy as it may sound, it's now my favorite everyday shoe. Very comfortable for walking and the fit is perfect. Again the color and style is amazing.

I am a size 8 comfortably and I had so so much toe room. Good build and good shoe, wouldn't recommend for long runs, anything else, very good shoe

First I was hesitant to use but once I started using it as a daily it felt really good and easy use personally for me and it differs from person to person

The midsole is great. It's peppy and bouncy which makes it easier to do faster paced workouts. It's in the sweet spot between soft and firm. One bad thing is the upper, it's had to get a good lock down at first. But once you do it's fine. As long you don't do very sharp turns at super high speeds you'll be totally fine.

After five years of consistently using the Ultraboost model, I tried this model for the first time. The sole is slightly firmer, making it highly suitable for speed runs, but it's not the best option for slow running. If you're an amateur runner or primarily run on gravel surfaces, the Boston model might not be a good choice due to its reduced protection. However, it is an excellent option for races, interval training, and tempo runs on asphalt. I usually wear size 9.5 in Adidas shoes, but the Boston runs a bit larger, so it's better to order half a size smaller than your usual size.
