I purchased this as a gift. Excellent quality and it has good storage space for packing everything you need!

I was eyeing this bag for about 2 years while using an old book bag and not wanting to invest in a "diaper bag". I finally sunk the funds and held my breath. It came. It was wide(which I was excited about because even with my compartment bags, in a normal back pack I was still struggling to dig and find everything. The wide opening allowed me to line up all my compartments label up and all I need to do I open and pull. I use the smaller llbean toiletry bags and slide them in sideways fitting 4. I put handle side up and have a fabric labels saying diapers/wipes, mom and dad stuff, food and utensils, first aid/ meds. I slide wet bag in where changing pad is and I leave out due to kiddo doing stand up changes. And keep on outfit in there. I put it on and the weight distribution is a savior for your back. So comfy. Also, I dump out and use if I need to travel and he is with grandparents. Went to Bahamas for 4 days with just this bag. It fit three med compression bags and my personals on top zipper compartment. Boom! It is nice looking too. Sleek and I would not ever guess it is a diaper bag. The only thing I would change is the front insulated thing. Cannot fit much in there but enough room inside to fit a food bag;)

Great for twins! We got this 8months into being twin parents because our first bag wasn't enough. You can easily fit multiple diapers, clothes and snacks. Also you can open and close it one handed. Biggest downside is the cooler compartment is too flat. Bottles are round so it's confusing why there is not more space.

I absolutely love this bag and am glad I bought it! It's the perfect size for everything you need. Great for travel. I will definitely use it as my personal bag once we no longer need it for diapers.

This is an absolutely beautiful bag - from the nylon material - very substantial, lightweight, wonderful size and compartments that make sense. I know this bag is advertised as a diaper bag, but it can be used as that and so much more. I really like that it is a backpack, which is very comfortable and it also has handles, so one can grab it and carry if so desired. The zippers worked well and smoothly. This is a winner for many uses - backpacking, diaper bag, commuter bag, carry on travel bag - just to name a few uses.

This bag is great. It's nice and wide so you can comfortably get everything you need in there without it feeling crazy tight. We have an infant and toddler and can easily get what both kids need INCLUDING A TRAVEL POTTY. It's super comfy and light weight. The front insulated pocket is a little tight, but can fit two bottles (we use comotomo which are kinda bulky although squishy). If you used a Dr. Browns or other narrow bottle you could get 3-4 I imagine. We get so many comments on this bag, awesome investment for our active family. I love it even more since it doesn't "look" like a diaper bag. We will easily transition this to a usable hiking/day pack as our kids grow.

How is no one talking about this?! This bag is amazing! Functional, durable, and sleek in the all black. Trendy diaper backpacks are around 300 nowadays and this feels like it's worth that for a fraction of the price. The front cooler section is a game changer too!

I searched high and low for a diaper bag that worked for me. I have a 3 year old and a 4 month old. We just need so much stuff with us in this season of life. I will agree with other reviewers that the photos don't do it justice. I was on the fence about it because of the shape, it looks kind of bulky but it's actually designed perfectly because it's big and holds a lot but it's wide so it doesn't get lost at the bottom. I just took it with us on a trip, and I packed that thing to max for our flight and it fits right under the seat no issues for a personal item. The cooler pocket is great but think you make struggle to fit in a wider bottle (like boone for example) by a more slim bottle (Dr. browns or madela) would fit fine. We just use it for cheese sticks and pouches and I toss in a slim freeze pack just to keep things extra cold. The mom pocket fits my wallet, keys (on the key lanyard) sunglasses and could actually fit more. But again, it's perfectly designed because nothing gets lost. The ONLY thing I would change, is that the water bottle pouches are a little short for an adult water bottle. My 24 oz hydroflask fits fine, but the shape of my 32 oz Stanley ice flow causes some issues. The bag itself is high quality, and feels like it will last a long time. This diaper bag is a great solution for me in this stage of life, and I can see us using it for years to come!

Purchased two for my daughter and daughter-in-law, both of whom have newborns. I thought the backpack function was a neat idea but I really was not sure how they'd like the item or how much better it would be than a traditional diaper bag. Well both moms raved about the convenience and utilitarian benefit. Looks like it's a winner.

This diaper bag has it all. Opens wide, has lots of compartments inside and a mom pocket for organization, and holds a lot. Comes with a wipable changing pad and a small zipper pouch. I use other zipper pouches that I bought to organize for my toddler and baby's diapers and extra clothes, snacks, first aid. Love that it has 2 water bottle pockets on each side- I like to slide my phone in one side for easy access and my toddler's water thermos on the other side. The insulated pocket is a bit thin, but it fits a few small bottles. It's durable, wipes clean on the exterior, and I love the olive/orange color combo. I'd gladly use this bag as an every day bag even after my kids are done with it as a diaper bag!

Great bag! Lots of compartments, but not too fussy. Like the size.

Finally a decent sized diaper bag! This is the largest backpack style diaper bag I have found. I have two kids and can fit a ton of diapers, four bottles and ice packs, spare clothes for two, diaper cream, toys, snacks, etc. The accompanying changing pad is made of a good wipeable material but it is small--best for tint babies. I swapped out for my own changing pad--double in size. There is an excellent zippered compartment on the outside for easily accessible keys/wallet/phone. The straps are padded nicely so even when it's stuffed full it doesn't hurt. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in brighter colors!

I was really dissatisfied with my diaper bag and stumbled upon this one. There aren't great pictures on the website but I saw some great reviews so I went for it. I love this bag! It opens so wide that I can see everything at once, no more digging to find things. I got this bag in Loden and the light pattern on the inside also helps me find things faster. There is a "mom" pocket that holds my wallet, keys, and other random items. It's got a nice insulated pocket in the front, though I will say the design of that pocket is very thin. Bottles fit in very snugly, which can be a good thing since you know nothing is going to shift around. Overall, this is a perfect bag for me and my husband likes carrying it too since he can adjust the straps to make it comfortable for him to wear.

Love this bag! I was looking for a bag with an insulated snack pocket, a "mommy" pocket for my phone, keys and wallet and deep enough water bottle pocket to fit my brita water bottle and this one checks off all those boxes and is incredibly comfortable to carry as well! The large pocket doesn't have a lot of compartments but because the bag is wider than it is deep it's very easy to locate everything inside anyway.

Very good looking bag. plenty of room. Would be better if it had a cross body strap too.

This thing hold a massive amount of gear. Versatile too. Could be baby, pets, kids or just for you. Originally purchased as a diaper bag for our baby, but I am using it as a work bag instead. Great quality, buying another!

I love this bag. The insulated compartment is just a bonus. Large enough to be super functional but not too big. I love the backpack straps. Adorable interior lining and pockets!

I'm so excited to upgrade to this diaper bag. With 2 under 2 there will be plenty of room for diapers, wipes, cups, bottles, snacks, and a few toys. Love that it's wide and I can see the bottom of the bag easily. Great storage and lots of pockets. Also I love the green color with the orange accents. Great job LL Bean. This one is a winner

This bag is an excellent diaper bag. I never knew how much I would appreciate a bag that's wider instead of deeper. It's so much easier to get to the things I need. It's well designed and stylish. My favorite purchase in a long time.

This is the perfect size for my two little ones! It holds everything we need for an all day excursion. I love the insulated front pouch for snacks and bottles. I had other diaper bags but I'm really happy that I made the switch to this one! It was well worth the purchase. I also love the green and orange color.

This diaper bag is superior to the others. My other one was cumbersome, satin prone, and just inefficient design. The Bean Diaper bag beats every other one I have tried. It is smart because it reduces the size but maximizes storage. You have an insulated front pocket for food or milk bags. It comes with a diaper changing pad, large pockets, neat print on one of the pocket linings, suppers are heavy duty and big, fabric is tough and stain resistant. I can't say enough about how cool it its. Its not a clunky pack, but one that can fit under a plane seat easy or in the car without taking up a lot of room. Awesome.

The size is perfect, shoulder straps are nice and comfy, and the materials seem long lasting. My few tweaks would be: 1. Reconfigure the handle straps, make them longer or in a way that they aren't in the way of the zippers, 2. Get rid of the insulated pocket and/or make it much wider so you can fit baby bottles or small Tupperware, right now it's pretty useless except for papers or wipes. 3. Make the side bottle pockets more substantial and easier to use, wide and tall enough to put a 40oz water bottle would be nice, 4. Add some D rings or carabiner type clips to the side to add a crossbody strap or other necessities.
