It was what I ordered but not what I needed. I gave it to my niece.

Flimsy at best - not a robust item. Virtually no form or shape as represented by photo in sales description. Will dispose somehow.

It is way to small for what I wanted. I need to bring it back.

I do not like the new design. They removed the two outer zipper compartments and eliminated the inside pocket as well. It's now a big sack without any organization whatsoever. I returned this bag and will continue using my worn out old style, which is more practical.

I used the mesh area on the lid for holding my razor. However, it got a hole in it, making it useless. Very disappointed that it occurred after barely any use. It also would be nice if a strap was available for hanging on a locker hook.

This bag needs WAY more pockets and there is PLENTY of space for LLBean to have added them so I'm not sure why they didn't. Because of this, most of my stuff is just piled in which leaves me digging for things when it could've been avoided in the first place (fyi, i am already using all the provided pockets and I am somewhat of a minimalist so I do not own a lot of things including toiletries). There's no pocket for your toothbrush either, which could've easily been solved with a long outer pocket. If more pockets means a higher price then whatever I'd pay it. It's disappointing that this is their only option in this size.

Have one we bought several yrs ago and LOVE it, material still as good as new, has pockets in it(that we USE all the time). Wanted to get some for gifts, so VERY DISSAPOINTED when seeing this new version :(..cheaper fabric and no pockets normally LOVE Bean products, is this made overseas? any chance of bringing old style back?

Unfortunately this bag doesn't compare to the version I have from 10 years ago. The fabric is too thin and the bag doesn't stand up very well on its own. It doesn't seem like it will last.

This toiletry kit is much too small ... and when I returned the item I was very disappointed to see the outrageous "restocking fee" that was taken out of my refund in addition to the shipping costs. If I shop LLBean again it won't be online.

It's small. But after about twenty years I needed a new one. Will replace this one a lot sooner.

I have gone thousands and thousands of miles with my old Bean Dopp kit. At last it's worse for wear and I thought I could come back and get the same again. This new version lacks the exterior pocket and is smaller. Bring back the old one with two exterior pockets.

Just like others in these reviews, we bought this to replace a very loved and worn out LL Bean toiletry kit. This one is small, no extra zipper pockets on the outside, and the quality not what we expect from LL Bean. Sadly, we returned it today.

Very cheaply made. Paper thin. Bean used to be known for quality. Apparently not anymore. I gave it to a nephew to put toys in and have replaced it with something better quality.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and returned it today. The material is thin, flimsy and it flops down as soon as one lets go of it. It would never sit on a bathroom vanity unless you were constantly digging in the floppy opening. Zipper was small and difficult to zip.

This kit is .5" shorter in every dimension than the specs say. I bought two to replace the one excellent LL Bean one I have from decades ago. Not even two of them will fit everything. And there are no pockets, so everything's just jumbled in together.

Not happy with quality or material it's made out of.

I was terribly disappointed in this toiletry kit. I ordered it to replace my previous L.L.Bean toiletry kit that had seen the world with me for many years, but had reached the end of its useful life. I was hoping that the currently offered toiletry kit could take its place. Unfortunately, the current kits are a very poor substitute for the original kits. They are smaller, don't have the very useful front zippered pocket, the inside pocket is missing the zipper and the fabric seems thinner. I am returning the current kit and I urge L.L.Bean to return to offering the much better model from the past.
