The quality of the new toiletry kit is very good. Generous size for my purposes. However, I liked my previous LLBean kit better. Except for a deteriorated zipper compartment plastic see-through window, the previous kit is fully serviceable after many years of use. The only rub is that the old kit had three zipper compartments. The new kit only has one.

This is a great little bag. Wish it had a pouch on the front outside.

Thought it was larger than it is. I did measure it before buying it. My old one had much more room. So a little disappointed

I have had one that i have been using for more than 15 years. I decided to replace it as it was getting rather shabby. But the new one does not have the 2 zippered side compartments on the front that I find very useful. For that reason I am not ordering a new one.

The toiletry kit is well constructed and a good size for travel. However.......be aware that monogramming is poorly done and does not "lay well" with the surface of the bag. It "bunches" the fabric and makes for a very poor final look of the toiletry kit. Buy the bag, but skip the monogramming.

This is a sack that is sewn in a box shape. It has no self-retaining support. It will not look like the image unless it's filled to capacity.

I ordered this to replace an older version of the same toilet kit that had gotten soiled. This new one is missing the two outside zipper pockets, which is a shame. It is also smaller and therefore not as versatile as the older model. Why the changes? How about bringing back the old design - it was perfect and now can't be replaced.

Smaller than expected from description not best value for money

The organizer itself is fine, but I had it monogrammed and it came with some random letters not even close to my son's initials. It was a gift and I hadnt opened it from the plastic wrap, which is my fault, but it was embarrassing when they opened it. I didn't have the receipt anymore, so I figured I couldn't return it. The organizer seems like it is great.

Great price but not high quality. I expected something nicer. Two of the 3 I ordered were monogrammed expertly but one wasn't so great.

LL bean is just not the same company it use to be. Don't get me wrong the kit is fine and the quality is fine but it is nothing like the 30 year kit I bought when I was in college. Sent my son off to college and wanted to get him one for dorm life and the pilgrimage that is going down the hall to take care of the three S's. This toiletry kit will hold everything but the materials just dont feel as durable the item iteself does not have the thoughtful touches the old one had like mesh pockets inside to hold your razor or toothbrush. I blame this on the fleecing of America. Everyone is looking to make stuff cheaper and sell it at a higher price because of the brand name. That is fine if you hold to the quality and standards that the brand name established. Why cheapen everything to prove you can make more profit?

I have been using a toiletries bag that I purchased from LL Bean many years ago. I decided to replace with a new one. The replacement was slightly smaller and not nearly the quality of the original. I will enjoy having the new bag but I am slightly disappointed in the quality.

It's smaller than the previous model with less compartments

I bought this hoping that it would be similar to my old LL Bean toiletry bag. It is not. The new one seems to be a hair smaller, does not have the external zippered pouch, and the material doesn't seem to be the same. It may be, it just feels different texture-wise. The new purchase does its job. We like the blue. We really liked the old version and believe that LL Bean needs to bring back the old design. It's was just a better product.

I bought one of these in late 2013 and it was the best toiletry kit ever. After years of heavy use, it's slightly battered so I looked at the new one and I don't think I'll buy it. The old one had two outside pockets, which I love, and two inside. It's also not as deep so it's easy to find and grab things inside. I know this new one is deep enough for bottles to stand, but how often do they stay standing when we're traveling? Beans, I hope you're listening.

This product is not as large as it appears. Not nearly as large as the case it was intended to replace. Workmanship appears good but at this size it lacks utility.

I found this bag to be too small. Wish they had more options.

does not look like photo, not the greatest quality

I was disappointed in the quality of this bag. The fabric and the color (navy) are nice, but the overall construction is flimsy. The bag is essentially a shell and will only hold its shape if it is full. If the bag only has a few items in it, it collapses on itself, which can be frustrating. There were no markings or badges on the outside. Overall, this bag did not meet the level of quality or value I associate with LLB products.

This toiletry bag is small. It has some compartments, but not large enough for my husband's toiletries.

I received this as a gift. Nylon, cheap, not water-proof. $25 is definitely overpriced for this cheezy kit.
