I wanted a waxed bag and this is it. Sturdy. Larger than I thought it would be, but makes a fine piece of luggage. Beautiful tartan interior.

Bought this in the maroon color and had it monogrammed. I'm using it as a diaper bag and I love it. I can shove anything and everything in there so I still have both hands free to tend to baby. The waxed canvas just looks better and better with wear. Love that it zips up. The key leash and inner pocket are also great. You just can't go wrong with a bean tote.

Perfect size for what I needed - It holds the extra things I need that I can't fit into my small travel suitcase. Heavy duty too.

I have the brown bag and take it to work every day. It holds my lunch, work gloves and belt plus nice pockets for smaller essentials. Where I work is pretty dusty and it doesn't show the dirt, so less washes. Lighter than the traditional canvas totes, not as stiff. Plus with my Bean card I received free embroidery.

I bought 2 different colored bags. They are just the right weight and strength to carry all my diabetic foods and still have space for large wallet, makeup bags and water bottle. My large Iphone goes in the side pouch. Great bags!

I couldn't resist especially as a daily sale! I love my large one I use for traveling and my small one at the front door for daily errands. This one is perfect for day trips, change of clothes from sports to work. I've had my large bag for nearly two decades and it goes in my car for every trip. The canvas is easily cleaned and will never wear out. Wish LLB would bring back the canvas shoulder side pack - ten years of carrying it everywhere everyday for a purse and holds passport, camera, travel guides-I need a new one and have never found another in canvas. Wash with soap and brush, let soak, rinse and set in sun to dry. I've only had to wash the side pack and small bag once. These are my go to bags.

I have some other boat and totes but needed one in a smaller size. I like the zipper feature to keep things secure. Looks classic and timeless and well made. Also, I know LL Bean stands behind their products. Good purchase!

This is the second waxed canvas tote I have bought. Extremely durable. Washes well. Great zip closure and side pocket . Size holds my items and can double as a diaper carry all when babysitting grandchildren.

Love this bag! I'm using it as a handbag. Ok I carry a lot but I can get everything I want in here. Just like the boat and tote bags it could easily be used as a diaper bag or even as a "weekender" type bag. The possibilities are endless.
