Versatile, washable organizer. I use it as my dop kit when traveling. It is very functional with many pockets for storage of toiletries.

LL Bean was kind enough to replace my old travel kit with this new one. I love them for that. My only beef is that the color they sent is a lime green one. It's OK but I asked them to send a blue one because the original color is no longer available.

Love these medium organizers, have bought many for gifts. My only issue with this one is the color of marigold. It is not as vibrant as pictured. It's just an odd yellow.

Bought this personal organizer for an overseas trip. It was perfect for carrying all of my toiletries, make up and random personal items. The hook made it easy to hang my bag in places with no or limited counter space. The material is durable and easy to spot clean. My only complaint is the mail zipper is a bit difficult to operate based on its placement. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star product.

Love this very functional and high quality organizer. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bottom is angled back slightly, so it doesn't sit flat and falls over when trying to pack. Works well when hanging, but wish it was designed to fold the hook out of the way when not hanging. Very roomy with lots of pockets; still love it despite a couple minor flaws.

I haven't used this yet but it seems well made. It has all the right spaces for the things I need to bring on a trip.

This is the second organizer I have purchased and they are super handy when on the road. I do wish they would change the plastic coated compartment to something that won't break down and peel off with time

This is a well appointed toiletry bag, easy to use and lots of space for all kinds of things. I especially like the mesh pockets to hold toothpaste, brushes, slim bottles of lotion, makes it easy to put them in and take them out. There is the waterproof pocket that's great for things that might leak. The only complaint I have is that there's no where to fully tuck away the hook when zipping the bag all the way closed. Love all the colors to choose from.

Great personal bag for carry on or suitcase travel

Loved the item but waiting over 3 months for it is awful. You need to find another source for this.

Thought the bag is well made and looks like it does the job, the bag is much larger than I expected it to be. It almost fills my backpack. I will be returning it for a smaller size.

I had an organizer from LL BEAN for approximately 20 years. The clear plastic on the middle section tore after so many years. So I ordered another one. There was only one choice in the color and it wasn't quite the same dimensions as the original. Maybe I should have bought the large size. Needless to say I'm a little disappointed.

This is my second. The first one lasted several years. Definitely with the money. I think there should be some improvement on design. When in the hanging position there is too much tension on the top zipper and seam where the plastic pouch is and is prone to fail.

The small size is too small and the middle size is a little too large.... but I do like it.

It's smaller than it looks in catalogue, but it's probably sufficient for one person. Made well, and will definitely cut down on how many little bags I pack for toiletries and make-up.

I purchased this toiletry bag in 2014 (and have since purchased more as gifts). I travel frequently for work, so the bag has gotten lots of use and it's served me well. The size & organization of the bag are great. The insert section is awesome. I appreciate the hooks as well. A couple years ago the velcro on the plastic pouch of the top section ripped off and this year the rest of that plastic has ripped away. It should be made with the same reinforced plastic as the section below it. It's a shame L.L. Bean doesn't offer repairs on this product because it feels wasteful to throw the whole bag away. It's this reason I find myself turning to other brands over Bean these days; ones who are are concerned about the entire lifespan of their products. Perhaps I can find someone local who can do the repair.

It holds a lot and yet stays flat for easy packing. There is a nice waterproof pocket to carry cotton rounds. I found it relatively easy to store and find my things.

I have two of these bags, one medium and one small. They both hold a lot and are sturdy, but are limp and floppy when standing on the hotel bathroom counter. I wish that there was a way to slip closed cell foam inside the layers for a less floppy condition. Please look into this as a redesign option.

I received a medium, black, monogrammed bag fourteen years ago from a neighbor as an off-to-college present. It has served well and held everything I've asked of it. Its only flaw, and downfall, is the clear plastic pouch. Over time the plastic yellowed and weakened, and once that happened, the plastic slowly ripped as the force of the bag hanging on its hook was transmitted through it. I've attached a picture of the way it ripped into strips (slowly, and then all at once) from being hung. The mirror also became detached from its half of the velcro strip, as the original glue lost potency. But superglue reattached it.

plenty of space. I like the contrasting trim/zipper. A little clunky if it isn't full. LL Bean needs to work on the design/placement of the hanging hook - gets stuck in the zipper when trying to close it.

Performs as expected and organizes my supplies....

The monogram was smaller than I thought it would be, but other than that it was great.

I just replaced my old organizer with this one which is of the same good quality but an inch or two shorter than the old one. The side pockets are therefore too short to hold a normal size toothbrush and toothpaste. I know a larger organizer is available but it is much larger than would suit my travel needs and would take up too much of suitcase space. I recommend that LL enlarge its medium to the former size.

Sturdy ! Roomy! We have two in our household, both over 20 years old. Will go thru washing machine when needed. Just ordered three for my grandsons.

Overall, I love the roominess of this bag. What bothers me about all the hanging toiletry bags on the market is the hook. Where are folks hanging them if you have a large one? In a hotel perhaps on the back of door where there may be a robe hook. Maybe on a towel rack, but then if the rack is above the counter around the sink, it's not high enough. This one is bottom heavy, so if you do hang it up on a door, the bottom section will fall forward, dumping things out. Then you have to walk back and forth to the bag, when you really want everything next to the sink. I'm waiting for a large bag that is designed to sit on the counter of a bathroom. Take away the hanging section and just have two large front and back pockets and fold-out side pockets. Most people pull out their toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and perhaps brush, soap, but leave the rest in the bag. Then you need to be able to reach in and take what you need and then put it back in the bag, perhaps zip it up and place on floor when sharing a bathroom.
