I found the medium toiletry bag to be very spacious, but I'm using it primarily for airplane travel, so my containers are limited to 3.0 oz. The medium bag might be a tight fit for full-size toiletries. The hooks are a pain when you're not using them, but absolutely crucial when you need them, so learn to live with them flopping about. There are ways to make them less intrusive.

For years I've put off buying a new toiletry bag, but finally indulged. This bag is the best! Everything I need fits in well, most things are visible with the clear fronts on many of the pockets, and the abundance of pockets keeps everything organized and easy to find. I had no problem using it for a week-long trip and look forward to taking into Europe in a few months. Totally satisfied!

for a similar sized bag and great use of a $10 gift card. I think it's lighter weight than the bag it replaced, lots of compartments and enough space for larger items and for longer trips. One suggestion -- add a TSA-friendly quart size plastic bag, which would be much nicer than using a regular zip-top bag.

This is my 4th or 5th one of these - I have had all of the sizes and still have 2 of the sizes. Very easy to have everything you need when traveling in one bag.

I love this organizer. I have the xl when I travel with all the kids and I just purchased the Lg for my son so he can carry all his own toiletries. He LOVES it. Lots of pockets and lots of room. The added hook is great because it can hang anywhere. He also loves the detachable pouch (also with a hook) that he takes into the shower with him. A great bag!!

This has everything you need in a travel tote for your personal care items. There are numerous pockets, zippered pockets with mesh dividers, etc. The item shown is just what you get. My husband has one that he uses every time we travel, so I finally got one, and I am so thankful! Especially nice that it hangs up for easy access when you are traveling. Try it, you'll love it. Mine is plum colored with gray piping - love it. (I happened to get mine during a free shipping promotion, so that was just a bonus.)

I searched high and low to find a hanging toiletries bag for my husband to replace one that he has had for almost 20 years (and that is barely holding together). He was very specific that he wanted an exact replica of what he had, but unfortunately I had no idea of the brand of his existing bag because the tag has long since fallen off. He wanted something that wasn't too large or too small, had a nice assortment of compartments, had waterproof fabric (not leather), and had a hook for hanging. I looked for months and was excited when I found this on LL Bean. My husband says it is EXACTLY what he wanted! His only "complaint", if you can call it that, is that the hook is not large enough to put this over the back of a door. You can really only hang it on a hook or over a glass shower door. But that's a minor issue. Overall, he's very pleased!

I absolutely love this toiletry bag. I first bought one for myself, then my son who was going to be doing lots of traveling, and lastly for my husband. The organizer sections are perfect size for all my travel needs and keeps everything just where I need it! I highly recommend this bag for any level of travel you will be doing.

Medium travel bag is exactly as advertised. Good for all around travel, can fit plenty in it for a week or just weekends. Great LL Bean construction as usual!

Beautifully designed to hold all my needs when traveling over-seas for a month or more. Everything is handy to find when needed and especially like the separate small hanging bag inside.

Bought this for my husband before his trip to Germany. Although it wasn't something he would ever buy for himself, he loved it and found it a super easy way to travel with all his toiletries! Also got it monogrammed for a personal touch.

This is a must have for any traveling no matter how long the trip. They wear like iron and wash up like brand new. A real bang for the buck. I've bought many over the years as gifts and they are always appreciated.

The medium is perfect for a 2-3 day trip. Has a place for everything. Was able to get it monogrammed. Well made, durable, and quite stylish. Outstanding Xmas present for the wife.

Appears very durable. Stores a huge amount and hangs too. Even has a mirror. Each of the pockets holds very securely and most are mesh so the contents can be seen at a glance. Lightweight and packs easily. When it hangs, everything is visible, making getting ready quick and easy.

I had one of these back in high school and I don't know why I stopped using it. I had been using a small make up bag to carry my toothbrush/contact, face lotion etc, and then just a gallon zip lock to carry all my liquids. It was getting annoying. I finally got one of these organizers again and it fits everything and then some. I love that I can hang it in the bathroom and it has a little removable section for shampoo and conditioner. The heather gray and blue is a great color combo too

I was torn between ordering a large or a medium but opted for medium to try out. Bought this for an upcoming cruise and was surprised at how much room is in the medium. I am a heavy packer with toiletries and this will hold all of my travel sized items and a few full size as well. I also have enough room for a small separate makeup bag in the bottom. Love all of the compartments. Ordered a small version for my husband who obviously needs less space than me! I also ordered one in red to use as a first aid kit bag for trips.

For years my husband has been using a rather cheap toiletry bag that came with some of our first suitcases. It has totally worn out & needed replacement. We have purchased numerous pieces of clothing & love the quality & reliability of all the LLBean products we use. So for Christmas I decided to order this for our next trip. It is very well constructed & has more than ample space & partitions for all his toilet articles. Love the color too.
