I was so disappointed in the size and quality of the monogram on the large bag. It is minuscule and looks so ridiculous, not to mention the lack of fonts offered. Save your money and take it to a monogram professional once you order the bag without LL Bean monogramming it.

Monogram on tote was way too small !! The size of the font was too small overall for the size of the bag. No information on the website anywhere that stated the size of the monogram !!

Not made in the USA was excited to order. Disappointed

After waiting ages for this bag, I am disappointed and literally sickened. There is a smell like old rubber that will not go away, despite airing it outside. Since covid, my lungs are extremely sensitive to noxious odors, so I am sadly unable to use this bag.

I ordered the bag with a shoulder strap. I am disappointed with the customer service and bag.

This bag used to have larger straps and still depicts the larger straps (9in) after speaking to customer service and product specialist they have recently changed the design of the bag but have not changed the accurate measurements in the description of the product. I needed this bag for a trip it was my only option and it was terrible as it does not fit around your shoulder.

Inaccurate description. Straps are too small. Horrible customer service. Will not recommend this company.

I'm very disappointed that the medium size has no zipper at the top like the larger version. I do not see that detail in the description but I assumed all these bags had a zipper at the top just like the large size that I own. Its the best and most convenient feature of the tote to be able to close if need, if I had known that this medium size doesn't close and exposes everything in your bag I wouldn't have bought two of them! Very upset.
