I ordered a small one for my son to use for his school bag and it is great, perfect size and very durable!

A magazine-editor-friend-of-mine has this tote, and one day saw Vouge's Andre Leon Talley carrying the exact same bag in the elevator!

Bought this bag a couple of months ago and I am very impressed by the quality. I use it tote ammo and shooting gear back and forth to the range and I can't wait to bring it to the field this fall.

I take this bag to the farmer's market every week. I was surprised when several of the vendors commented on what a great bag this is. This a great bag to go "GREEN" with. Very strong and cleans up great if some thing gets "squished." I'm thinking of getting another for our Canada fishing trip.

A real "man" bag for my 5 year old grandson. Perfect for all the things that a boy needs to carry. I think it would be a great bag for ladies also with some sparkles added.

I purchased this item for our Grandson for his #3 Birthday to carry his "precious superheroes" around 24/7!! It is perfect with its strong handles and bottom and Mom and Dad love the fact the inside can be wiped out easily. Our Grandson also loves having his name on his bag...the great/perfect gift!! My husband is a professional person and carries his lunch to work in this bag. He is not easy to please. He love's this bag. The rubberized lining is a plus.

I bought this tote for my new "grand-dog" and I had it embroidered with his name. The medium size has been perfect for his toys, leashes and food when visiting or going to work for the day with his family. It is free-standing, which makes it convenient for filling and finding things. I was really happy with the solid olive color. A great gift since it's a conversation piece and very practical.

This is a fabulous bag. Rubberized lining is perfect for carrying anything. I take it to work every day. If my thermos or lunch should leak ... not a problem ... cleans up quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this bag to anyone! Another LL Bean Home Run!!

I like this tote bag. It's not wimpy, but more heavy duty than the catalog picture shows. The quality is a welcome surprise. I use it as a gym bag. Because it is a open tote bag, it's easy to get clothes in and out. I don't like fumbling with zippers so it works perfectly. The handles make it comfortable to carry. The bag can have a variety of uses. It looks like it will last many years from now.

I love this bag! I use it for a purse in the fall - very camo-chic. It's great for rainy days when you wouldn't want a leather purse to get wet. I use it for tailgating and soccer games and the farmers market too. Best feature: it's water resistant so it wipes clean from everything - inside and out! I've gotten a lot of compliments on it from cashiers, college students, and hunters too!

I love this bag. I am a man and use this bag for work almost everyday. It was given to me as a gift a few years ago, and still looks just as good as the first day I received it! I am always receiving compliments on it and a few of my friends had followed suit and purchased one with their initials on it as well. Can't beat the price! I am about to purchase one for my friend for his birthday. I am sure he we love it as much as I do and you will too!

Love this bag but purchased before I realized it was the one without the strap. Purchased a second one with strap and love both.

I grew up on boat and totes. They are my go to for tote bags. What made me choose this one was the pattern and the waterproof of the material. So far, I ve been using it as my go-to to go back and forth to the barn. I only gave 4 stars because I would love for there to be a long handle option to make it easier to carry and I'm a little concerned that this material might not hold up to the same level of wear as the classic canvas.

Well made item. I wish it had an interior pocket along with other features, but I can't complain. I love the extra large size as I'm able to carry a lot of items in it. Review all features before buying it to ensure that it meets your expectations.

So, 3yrs ago, I bought the medium and large bags in camo, with a zipper in the top! They both also have shoulder straps. I only use them for travel. They are perfect and look amazing. Many heads turn when they see them. Stylish, roomy and very high quality They fit very well in the overhead and under airplane seats. I only travel light, no more wheelies!!

I have bought this bag many times over the years and its great and sturdy. I use it for all my work gear BUT please make the handle options the same as the boat tote so you can put it on your shoulder! These bags are big and can get heavy!

Love the color, handles but the inside has that plastic looking junk and I don't like that at all, hence the 4 stars.

Previous posts state handles are kind of short/small so it's kind of challenging trying to put arm through. Only reason for 4/5 stars! Size and color are as advertised. I do very much like the interior that can be wiped clean in just a few swipes with a cloth. Been buying LLBean for 35 years love there stuff.

Great bag but returned it because I found the handles too short for over shoulder

We bought this after our old classic canvas tote got mildewy with wet towels (oops!). What drew me to this was the water proof lining- I don't foresee having and moisture issues with this bag, and it's huge! Plenty of room for beach towels and swimsuits for my family of four, plus some to spare! My only regret is that there are zero pockets whatsoever on this bag- I really wish there were a few to stash sunscreen, sunglasses and snacks. But overall we're happy with our new beach bag!

I wish this bag had at least one inside pocket to secure smaller items that may get lost in the bag.

I wanted the "large" but it was out of stock so I got the XL. It's a little large for my purposes but a really good bag, doesn't show the dirt, very useful.
