I had been wanting a similar very expensive camouflage bag for awhile, but couldn't justify the purchase. Then I bought these monogrammed ones for my daughters for Christmas, and loved them so much that I went ahead and got my own. Love the camo or solid olive with a bright orange monogram. Almost don't want to recommend it as I don't want to see even more of them around. Not only are they a completely durable, waterproof, and practical hold-everything kind of bag, but they're really pretty cool and fashionable. Have already been carting everything around in them including dry-cleaning, groceries, gear to bring to my child at college,etc. Love! (FYI - made in Vietnam, not USA like regular Boat & Tote bag)

I purchased the camo tote in both medium and large. The medium is a perfect everyday city tote. It looked small initially but I can easily fit my MacBook, wallet, pouches, shoes, etc. The large is excellent for travel or daily errands. I live in Manhattan so it definitely helps when I have a lot of running around to do by foot/subway. I can carry the large by hand or on my shoulder. The medium is always carried by hand. Both bags are sturdy and very well-constructed. I monogrammed both....and love them!

I never had a desire for a tote bag until one day I got a promo email from LLB showing the camo version so I just had to have it. I thought it would be handy to take to the beach back and forth which it was, I use it every day to shop, bring stuff back and forth to the car, etc. It looks great and I get complimented on it constantly!

These bags make GREAT Christmas/Birthday presents for little boys. Girls love them too but probably in a different pattern!

I've had the medium tote for a few months now and use it several times a week for small shopping runs, gym/pool, around town. It's sturdy, waterproof inside and out (and easy to clean), and sits flat. I do wish the straps were just a bit longer to make carrying it over the shoulder easier. Also, I wish it had an inside key loop or lanyard. Overall, a good tote that I expect to last.

I have the black hunters tote but with the zipper top. I've used it for a year to lug around my infants toys/clothes/etc and it's been great. Nice huge opening so you can get to anything at once. The best part is that the ziptop makes the bag bigger and you can stuff more things in it which I have done a few times. Love this bag and I'm looking forward to the next several years of reliability.

When I saw the Hunter's Tote Bag I thought it would be Awesome, not just for hunters bagging Game in the field,but for bagging Groceries too! Ordered 2 of the Ex-Lge. size & wow, they are HUGE ! Probably could have done well with just one, but I plan on keeping both! The construction inside and out is top of the line.The handles are strong & wide enough to make carrying a heavy load comfortable. Extremely pleased !

The best thing about my new medium Hunter's Tote Bag is that it's designed for real-world use. It's got a flat bottom, so it will stand up when placed on a flat surface. And that flat bottom makes it easy to pack and unpack it. It is lined with a waterproof coating. The material it's made of is substantial and rugged, and should withstand years of use. In this size, I can carry in it a book, jacket or vest, an umbrella, and a couple of bottles of water...and it will fit into my small locker at work. I can't find a single negative thing to say about this item, and I would give it more than 5 stars if possible. :-)

i pretty much have every size now because these bags are really strong and durable. i buy them as gifts for my clients too.

I needed something for the gym to carry my water bottle, towel, e-reader, keys, etc. and this tote bag works perfectly. I can stand it up next to whatever exercise machine I'm using and grab items from it as I need them. The medium size bag fits easily inside my backpack along with my gym clothes and toiletries.

i bought the large size as a work tote. i work with flowers and gardens, and this hauls the bounty of things i can pick up on a market or nursery run with no problem. i love it so much i also bought the smaller size for myself and grabbed another one for a client as a gift.

I was looking for a new beach bag and this bag is it! I was afraid the handles wouldn't be long enough and they are perfect. The handles are long enough for the bag to be carried over the shoulder. I'm able to carry 3 large beach towels, sunscreen, and a tapestry with plenty of room left. This bag is pretty heavy duty and seems that it will last for many years. My husband likes that it's also manly incase he gets stuck carrying the bag. LL Bean always exceeds my expectations and it's clearly why I keep coming back.

This is my third tote from LL Bean already. Not because the other two died but rather I needed to explore a different Color! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a go to bag with great volume and durability. And also somewhat chic! I'm sure many will beg to differ. But the trendy camo chosen was perfect for my day to day.

I have purchased this tote in solid green and camo print for years for gifts for friends, family and work colleagues. Monogram in a bright color to make it even more personal and fun! It is my "go to" great gift that everyone LOVES! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! KP

The tote bag is very well made with a tough looking synthetic material. It holds its shape even after being used many times. I expect that it will be durable and will last long. I ordered the shorter handles and they are fine, unless you want to hang the bag over your shoulder. This tote bag is made of a rubberized plastic material, so should be good for wet items! I would buy it again, and would recommend to friends or family members.

I gave this to my daughter as a Christmas gift. I chose the camouflage pattern and monogrammed it in bright orange and in the circle monogram. She loved it! She took it to L.A. for the weekend and then to the office filled with work after the holidays.

This was the second one of these bags I have purchased for gifts. This one was for my future son-in-law who is an avid hunter for Christmas. He loved the bag and carries his boots and duck decoys in it. The bag is very durable. The first one was for a friend and he loves it, too. Uses it for travel. I would recommend it to anyone. I purchased this bag in a medium size (think- the size of a paper grocery bag with handles) and it's perfect in every way. It's exactly as described and has been used to carry a pair of ranger boots, a bunch of tools needed to complete a sizable project, surfing gear (rash guard, flip flops, board shorts, and towel), and even groceries.

I chose this bag to hold my husband's bike gear...helmet, gloves etc. The plastic like lining makes it more useful than the plain canvas. Plus the green is very attractive. I like it so much that I am going to order one for myself.

I bought this bag in size 'medium' and it's absolutely fantastic for my coastal fishing gear. It easily holds 4 or 5 3500-series Plano lure boxes, an extra spinning reel and spool, as well as my flourocarbon, rubber beads and all 'the small stuff' - hooks, swivels, snaps etc... The zippered top keeps the critters out and when it rains, keeps my lunch protected and my gear dry. Suggestion for the next generation bags: An expandable/pleated pocket with a slightly oversized rain flap (& snap closure) would be nice to have at the end of the bag, especially if it's located directly under the zipper (not plastered on the side) for pliers, hemostat clamp, and other small tools. It'd also benefit from a couple of 'D' rings for an optional shoulder strap. But, as I use it today, it's absolutely great - I wish I could afford a spare.
