LOVE this bag. Great for my family of 4, carries everything we need for outing and vacations.

The boat and tote is such a great quality bag. It is well constructed to be sturdy, but is also stylish. It holds a ton of stuff (I have medium zip). I got my name in a neutral color and will change up my bag with pins and scarves, making it extremely versatile.

I bought the natural small tote and I carry it around like my purse. I get a bunch of complements. Perfect for summer!

This tote can fit SO MUCH! I started off with the regular sized tote W/ the regular handles, but because it was being filled to its limit with my supplies for work, it started to show lots of signs of wear. I decided to upgrade to something larger with more room for everything to fit in nicely, and this tote just nailed it. Plus it's LL Bean, so you just know that you're getting superb quality. *I also got the zipper closure & the bigger straps. I'm 10/10 happy with my purchase*

I purchased the large, zip top boat and tote as part of a bridal shower gift. The mauve color trim matched the shower color theme. I also personalized the tote bag with the bridal couple's shared monogram, as well as noting the year of the wedding. Tucked inside the tote were 2 sets of LLBEAN Organic towels which were also monogrammed. Truly appreciated and fabulous way to gift wrap a present;)

This tote is the best! I use it when traveling and it is made extremely well. Worth every penny. I had it personalized and it turned out so nice.

I got this right before our beach vacation. This is the perfect beach bag for a small family! Towels fit easily and there is still plenty of room for other items. I've also used the bag for a weekend trip and it was perfect. I got standard blue thread with slate bag (for monochromatic look). Happy with how the thread color turned out. It is slightly off a perfect match but it isn't noticeable.

a must have!!! Especially transitioning to the toddler stage where you need to toss so many things into a single bag, love that it's structured and soooo well made!

Love the fact that the bags are made in the USA, Love the quality of the bag, overall sturdiness! They break in over time so the starchiness doesn't bother me at all! Would recommend putting a bandanna on the straps for beach days to prevent indent on sunburnt shoulders!

I now have every size Bean tote and this one fits it all. I do wish there was more consistency to the monogramming. I get the same style / thread color every time and it never really matches. And for such a large tote, I wish the monogram was sized more appropriately....it's much smaller than monograms I have on other bags.

Great bag! I wish the monogram stitching was thicker/wider/bolder than how it came. I will choose a different font next time. I WISH you would bring back the fully customizable boat bag. I LOVE that bag. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!!!!
