Amazing! And arrived sooner than expected. Also worked with me to reroute the shipment to a different delivery address! Not an issue but note that if you monogram a name, the longer names decreases the size of the font.

Great quality & great bag! I wish there was a size between the medium & the large bags. Sometimes the large bag is too big but the medium bag is too small.

Stunning, perfect, just what I wanted. I have always wanted this green with my initials on it. It's a nod to wanting an llbean backpack when I was in kid. Remedying the nostalgic memory. I could fit so much in this, it's definitely going to help me overpack! Haha

A rugged canvas supply-lugger that is built to take it, and the zipper-top is optional (may be folded down) if your supplies are on the taller side. Where to start this is the bag of bags. It is sturdy. It is beautiful. It holds everything including the kitchen sink you name it. It's stunning lol I initially had one in the 90s. Not sure what happened to it, but I had to order it again and I'm so glad I did. But most importantly, I want to talk about a customer service rep named Peggy. I'm not sure if Peggy will remember me or not, but I will never forget her. There was a little mishap with the embroidery and when I spoke to Peggy about it, I got emotional because it was to do with my pet who passed away. Peggy not only made it right, but also reminded me that there are wonderful people. I really hope Peggy's boss will see this because she is an amazing human

Feels super lux not your average tote. It's so sturdy! I'm not used to this. I'm used to flimsy material that I find it bulky but I'm starting to get used to it. So far as my everyday bad no stains. Weirdly I haven't used to zipper even though I really wanted it
