I bought this backpack to replace an older one (not from LLBean), which was cutting into my shoulders. My new LLBean backpack was terrific during a recent trip. No matter how much I put into it, it remained comfortable.

I am obsessed with this backpack. I purchased it for a trip to Europe and it fits perfectly on the bottom of my carry on. It's also the perfect size for my routine day hikes at only 20L capacity. It doesn't have all the technical features of a heavy duty backpacking pack, but has just enough including the mesh breathable frameless backing and straps, the hip belt the transfers some of the weight comfortably to your hips, and the sternum strap the helps transfer the rest of the weight closer to your center of gravity. Plus the contrasting colored zipper pulls are fun. Overall, it's the most versatile, lightweight, packable, technical-but-not-too-technical day packs out there.

Lightweight, yet comfortable pack, even when full. Folds up small as an extra bag in luggage. Fits under seat on plane. Interior pocket and side sleeves make it a great bag for trips.

This backpack is a nice size for a day outing and has enough pockets to keep things organized.

Awesome day pack! Lightweight, easy to load and comfortable. It's pretty much my "go to" for any daylong excursions!

I love this backpack. Perfect for a day hiking trip. My 10 year old carried it half the day with no issues. Medium sized, fits a few sweatshirts and sunblock and nice side slots for 2 water bottles. Nice small pocket for money/credit cards etc.

This backpack is just the right size for a day trip. It's comfortable and adjustable. I like the option to add a water reservoir. When not in use it packs up very small making it nice to travel with.

Used this as a "personal item" carry-on on a recent flight. It was useful and lightweight and easily carried tech stuff (tablet, chargers,etc.) plus personal items and a light jacket. I washed it when we got home and it came out of the washer in pristine condition.

Light, comfortable day pack. Chest and waist straps keep it in place.

Very light and roomy. Great color, well made, and versatile. I use as a purse or pack for a flight. Many pockets with and without zippers. Front pocket adjustable. It can hold a sweater, scarf and hat. Looks great and I love it!

I ordered this to take on a trip to Texas with our grandson. It is light weight and perfect for snacks, wipes, and changes of clothes. I saw it on the Pioneer Women favorites

Many areas for storage besides the main interior area, and the backpack is very light in weight. Constructed well.

This is a lightweight bag for day trips. When you need to carry lots more stuff than a phone and a wallet. LLBEAN gear gets better mileage than cheap department store packs.

I bought this pack precisely to be able to carry workout clothes, extra clothing, Wallet, keys, phone, water, etc., on short hikes, or simply bopping around town. Love it!

This is my second pack of this style from LLBean. The size is perfect for everyday use and this pack holds a lot. The zippered sections are so helpful. It's also lightweight and quite durable.

This is my second StowawayI retired my first after three years of daily use during Ohio's 4 seasons. Lightweight, has two side pockets for wateroutside access to dog leashes & balls : )inside holds three jackets with no problem! This backpack is functional but also good-looking. I gave it to my granddaughter for her birthday. She picked it out and told me she would love it. Then it was backordered -- not a problem. My granddaughter was willing to wait because she knew she would like it. She is 17 and old enough to know that some things are worth waiting for. She highly recommends this stowaway pack! So do I. It's great to find the perfect present!

Fantastic style, large enough to fit the necessities for my whole family, very happy with my purchase.

I like it. It works for my leisure hiking trips on trails and canoeing. Just what I needed. It seems durable. I ordered a second one, but that color is back ordered. Looking forward to having that one soon also.

We have 2 of these at home to be used ti carry thungs around town and while hiking 4-6 miles. I took one abroad and it was quite useful. I've had one since 2019 and just bought my husband one. I'm petite and he's tall. It fits us both. It holds 2 Nalgene bottles or 2 Camelbacks.

Small backpack has six pockets, is easy on and off, and shoulder strapswell paddedcan be hooked together to keep them from slipping. And water bottle pockets (two) are a good size and deep. A good choice for a day hike, airplane carryon, and to pick up a few items from the store.

This bag replaced the one I had that visited national parks and European countries as my go to carry on and backpack . Lightweight and strong, after10 years of working hard for me, so glad to have a replacement.
