Compact, I like. I also like the zipper pockets on the outside and inside. At this point it seems to be of good sturdy quality. (Hopefully it will last a long time. I can't tell that now since it is now new.)

Very nice pack. My original color choice was out of stock, but the 2nd choice color was fine. The buckle works well, which is the main thing. I wish they could add a little pouch for a bottle of water, otherwise this is something I will use for years.

I love this bag and its versatility! It can fit so much yet it isn't bulky. I only wish it came in a few more "fun" colors.

Well designed, well-made, quality materials. Main storage compartment could be a bit larger as it's a bit tricky to fit a 'receipt manager' wallet (7 1/2"Wide); other than that, I DO recommend.

Like the fact it has a long strapp tp accomedate me.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my Hip Pack. It's compact, yet roomy enough to hold the rather bulky items I carry in it. Its colorful pack and strap are eye-pleasing as well. And, it goes without saying (but I will anyway) the Bean quality is quite evident.

Even fits a bottle of water! Lots of pockets. Love it.

This is the second one of these I have bought (the first was "hiding" under another bag). I got the pewter this time and the orange and blue first. I'll use both. This little bag holds so much (my phone fits perfectly in the front pocket) and puts no stress on my shoulder - the reason for purchase. They are great for hands free birding.

love this pack - works well for phone, water and goodies! I had one for years, and then a little mouse decided to try to eat the nuts I had inside. So I got another one - perfect!

I've had a smaller version of LL Bean's stowable hip pack for many years and it's done wonderfully well. I came across this one in our local LL Bean store and bought it for time when I want a little more room. These are great for walking the dog, day hikes, and theme parks - any time you want to keep your hands free and have just a few things to carry. As always, the LL Bean craftmanship is quality. The pack fits/adjusts comfortably, looks great, and the zip pockets on the inside and front are great. Like my other LL Bean hip pack they're also made with this mesh sort of material on the backside that lets the bag breathe and keeps it from sweating against you in sunny weather. I also love that this line comes in fun colors as well as the typical black, dark blue, etc. and the shape of the pack is nice and sleek, rather than square and blocky like some others.

Nice size. Has two compartments. Can wear it cross body, too. It was a gift and the recipient was very pleased.

Purchased for a gift. Friend LOVED it. Perfect size; perfect sections. Even liked the color I selected.
