Nice sized bag. Comfortable to wear. Wish it had more zipped pockets.

Sling pack is a good idea but the size of the spot for a cell phone is too small and the zipped sections open awkwardly when worn.

Bag felt too thin. Also did not like the word "Stowaway" on the bag.

It was very flimsy made maybe because it was a stowaway. I have the old bag from years ago and really liked it more. I was made similarly, not a stowaway but seemed stronger/sturdier all around. If they make that version again I would buy it. I returned it no problem, as it did not serve my needs.

I was disappointed in this one. I did not like the pocket/zipper arrangement - much preferred the older style of these bags. It was awkward to use and not as comfortable as I exoected

I really wanted to love this bag but it's cheaply made and has really bad design. The pockets don't make sense and things just fall out. Glad I didn't pay more for it. I expect better quality from LL Bean.

Nice bag, but the water bottle keeps falling out of the pouch every time I where it. The mesh pouch isn't constructed properly. New LLBean water bottle is now damaged pretty badly after only a few weeks of use.

Just too small. Hard to judge, even with dimensions. Like a fanny pack over your shoulder. Well made. I returned it.

Side pocket could have something to keep items from falling out

I wanted to replace a leather Ameribag OPX83 ordered a bag that would be lighter. There was no picture of the inside, though it looked the same shape. I have modified it but it is not at all satisfactory and I will probably go back to my old heavy leather bag with all its compartments. Now I don't see an Ameribag in the catalog at all!

Pockets are difficult to find anything in them easily. A single pocket would be an improvement v

There's no option to pick "Maybe" for recommending this item to a friend. I believe I'd give the following testimony to a friend and let them decide: This is a big change from the previous version of the LLB Stowaway Sling Pack. While this one is designed to look sleeker, and less sporty than the former style Stowaway Sling Pack (which I still think is cool-looking and easy to wear), it lacks much of the functionality. For example, there is no felt lining in the side zipper pocket, which is protective for a phone, sunglasses and such. There is no small zipped interior pocket, which is essential for me, as i keep my Flowfold in there. And it zips open seemingly down the front of the teardrop design, which, I suspect, will require me to be super careful how I retrieve items while wearing it. On the plus side, there is a key fob at the bottom of the main compartment, so if everything falls out when I unzip it, maybe my keys will be spared - LOL. So, LLB, if you need a product tester before going live, I'm game.

Not adjustable to wear in front on right shoulder.

The design is lacking or needs instructions as it just does not "fit"

The bag doesn't fit well to the body. The straps were not sewn correctly. There isn't enough room in the pockets and wearing it like it's a backpack makes it difficult to get in and out of.

Didn't sit well and the water bottle I wanted to use with it made it unbalanced and actually fell out.

I wanted a replacement of the bag I love, but the new design is too small and looks flimsy. It is thin and unsatisfactory

Too bulky/awkward - the stowaway backpack is better in terms of comfort/fit. I would have preferred to where it in the front when traveling, but it does not lay flat enough - there are better competitor brands that do this for less (very expense too for what you get). I was so excited to get this product, that I ordered two - ended up returning both. Also the pockets should be deeper.

There are no inside pockets. It is not like the old sling purse that I have loved for years.

I was looking for another of LL Beans previous sling bag with 7 pockets and this version wasn't that by far. Very disappointing so I returned it. And it was an easy return and refund

Doesn't stay in place very well and the odd shape doesn't fit cargo well.

I'm using it to use on a trip. I like it because it light.
