Purchased these as a gift for my husband, and he loves them! He highly recomends their great fit and comfort. And, I love that these socks launder time and again without stretching out of shape. We appreciate the sizing options offered in L.L. Bean products. These are well worth the price Like all the quality products purchased from L.L. Bean, the customer service is outstanding.

wash well, last forever, I'm still wearing some I purchased 5 years ago. Expensive, but well worth it!

These socks are very warm. They are a perfect match to go with the boots, good fit. Overall a good sock for the price. Additionally they are made in the U.S.A.

These are great socks! They are offered in 3 different thicknesses. I have all 3 and select which one to use depending on the weather. They are very soft in spite of being made from wool. I have a friend who is overly sensitive to wool. She tried these upon my suggestion and was hooked. They are extremely durable. Obviously I only use these during cold weather but I have had some for 4 years. They let your feet breath without loosing heat. Finally, they are so soft and cushiony. It's like walking on clouds. Go buy some NOW!

My husband LOVES these socks. He wears them year round and has for many years. They keep his feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They are nicely constructed, thick and well worth the money. LLBean continues to offer great products!

Bought the Cresta hiking socks and liked them so much I bought these boot socks. These are a little thicker than the hiking socks and therefore warmer with more cushioning. They work great in my hunting boots in the snowy weather we're having this winter.

I appropriated a pair of boot socks left by houseguests and love them so much that I have purchased Bean boot socks for at least three people on my gift list. I am now a convert to wool socks in winter. They are especially good for me because I have narrow feel and shoes often aren't quite narrow enough. Unless I wear my boot socks, I need two pairs of socks. My only wish is that they came in great colours.

I have purchased several pairs of these socks in the past and love then. They keep my feet warm and dry in the winter and cool and dry in the summer. You won't find a better sock to backpack, dayhike or work in that performs like this products does.

I always find L.L. Bean socks reliable, comfortable, and most importantly warm. I only wear L.L. Bean socks and my sock draw is completely filled. When I am outside in the cold I always wear my Bean boot socks because that take to the coldest temps and fit comfortably in all my Bean boots. I have 5 pairs and absolutely love them!

These socks are warm and comfortable. Also they are made in the USA which is a huge plus for me!

My husband liked the socks so much that when they wore out after 4 years, I bought two more pairs for him. These socks are cushioned and feel great on. I would recommend them to anyone who wears boots or even sneakers. They are warm and don't make his feet itch, even though they are part wool. Plus they wash well in the machine and don't shrink in the dryer.

bought these socks for the past three years. All the men in the family are hunters or work outdoors. Very warm and stand up wash after wash. I recommend them to all the outdoor workers and hunters.

These socks are fantastic. They keep my feet warm and dry (even in -15 degree weather) and are quite soft and comfortable. My feet don't get sweaty in them which is also a big plus! I would highly recommend them. Great for walking the dog in frigid temps!

What a terrific boot sock! Just the ticket for the Bean Boot to compensate for the oversized fit. Heavy duty with a cushioned foot-pad, and saving the best for last, Made in USA, can't get much better than that...

Great Socks for the Fall and Winter, they are a bit expensive but you won't be dissappointed in the quality

These are probably the warmest, most comfortable socks I have ever owned. I would recommend them to anybody looking for warm socks to wear with boots (or around the house as slippers, as I do) in the winter. Note that they do run slightly smaller than usual (I am a narrow 12 and definitely needed the XLs).

Have tried other brands, but only these will do. Warm, & while a bit on the expensive side for socks, they last a long time.

I think these are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. I purchased them to go with my Bean boots and they are a great fit. I've only just received and worn them a couple of times, so I can't comment on longterm quality, but I assume I will continue to enjoy them.

LL Bean's boot socks do everything expected of them: cushions your feet, whicks moisture away, keeps your feet comfy for hours!

All LL Bean products are well made, durable, fashionable & reasonably priced. That's why I've been a customer for yea these many years.

My husband asked me to go online and purchase some "warm, winter socks" for him. He works outdoor operating heavy equipment here in the frigid Uintah Basin of north-east Utah, mostly at about 7000 ft. He was amazed at the quality, warmth and comfort of these socks, so much so that I am ordering him a few more pairs this very day. They are well worth the extra cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to be warm in sub-zero temperatures!

These socks are the warmest I've ever worn. I bought these to wear on my trips to Michigan in the winter. I've always had to wear two pair of socks during the winter, but with these socks, I only need the one pair, and my feet stay toasty warm. My shoe size is 7 1/2 and I ordered size large. They fit well with a little room to move my toes around. Perfect for me.
