These are the best warmest cushioned socks ever. I hated when my feet were cold & always hating being outdoors for any length of time because of that. These socks have made a significant difference & my husband "accidentally" got ahold of a pair of mine. He works outdoors & wears boots all day. They kept his feet warm & dry & he commented how "cushiony" they are he wanted some! We're sold on these socks that between the two of us we own about 10prs! Thank you LLBean for keeping us warm & happy when working outdoors, Great product, don't change a thing or discontinue them.

Warm @ 3 degrees! Non-scratchy, comfortable. Size medium a perfect fit for my size 7 feet.

i got these because of the photos showing them to be different and man are they, they fit snug yet give in the right area , they are warm , i suffer from nerve damage in my feet so they get cold easy, these are some warm socks , i like how they have been made to give in the right areas , i was surprised and happy

Very comfortable, thick and lots of elastic.. Most socks wear out and don't stay up, these are very good quality and worth the price.

these socks are wonderful. Fit is good and they wash well. They are comfortable, warm and sometimes I use them in place of slippers. They are very thick so if buying them to wear with boots make sure you have roomy boots.

I have several pairs of these in both colors. I wear them around the house in the winter & wear them in my boots outside. They keep my feet very warm & cozy.. I love both colors.

I got these for my boyfriend who works outside in the cold. He loves them and they keep his feet warm :)

Great socks for early fall/winter hunting with Bean Hunting Boots and for late season with insulated boots.

I love L.L.Bean boots socks. They're fabulous. I use them with my Bean boots; and, I also wear them around the house like slippers because they're so comfortable and soft. Again, they're made in the USA! Buy them!

Who would ever think socks could make such an impression? My husband cannot stop talking about these socks! AMAZING - COZY- COMFORTABLE - just to name a few. Will definitely buy more for him as well as for gifts.

These socks are comfortable, durable and warm. I have a pair and I and gave my sister 2 pair for her birthday. She spends most of the day working outside in 20-30 degree weather, and she loves them. I fly "red eyes" frequently and I wear these with my shoes kicked off and sleep almost like a baby. Warm toes at high altitudes are very nice!

These socks are great socks if you are looking for something to add extra protection to your foot. You are literally padded from toe to calf. Great for work or just hiking. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

These are awesome and last FOREVER. My oldest pair is 13 years old. My advice: buy 3 or 4 pairs of them.

This is the third, fourth, and fifth pair of these socks I've ordered. Not because they wear out, but because they are great for hunting, fishing, farm work, or just playing around no matter what the temp is outside.

These do everything you ask. They are warm and comfortable. Just one complaint. They are not marked for size. My wife wears the med, I wear the large. Guess who's sock drawer mine wind up in every time! Guess I need to fold the laundry more often.

These are well-fitting, warm, comfy socks. Great for hiking or outdoor work. They are bulkier than other boot socks, and fit best in a roomy boot. They work perfectly in pullon muck boots for barn work, and in some hiking style boots if they are roomy enough. They are also great for wearing by themselves inside the house when you just need to keep your feet warm! The cresta hiking socks are also a warm style but with less bulk. :)

I bought these socks for my husband as a Christmas gift because not only is he a carpenter who often works outside in the wintertime but he also likes to hunt. He wore them to work last week and raved about them - he said they really kept his feet warm. Now I am going to have to buy some more!

I bought these as a gift last year and they were on the Christmas list this year, too. He wears these socks with boots, sneakers and slippers. Keeps his feet dry, warm and they stay put. He lives in the Sierra Nevada mountains and it gets lots of snow and is very cold in the winter, but with these socks his feet are never cold. Says they are the best socks he's ever worn, they are so comfortable he wanted another pair so he could always have a spare.

Great winter dog-walking and snow-shoveling socks. My toes and fingers were frost bitten years ago & thus cold sensitive. These socks in my winter boots keep my feet warmer than any others I have tried (other than my alpaca wool socks which I spent much more on). They're thick socks so make sure that you have roomy boots.

These socks are a must for winter! My son loves them...and was more than delighted to receive another couple of pairs this Christmas.

I purchased a pair for both of my sons for Christmas. One son was planning to wear his pair today to keep warm. They are very attractive and seem to be well made.

Perfect thickness, warmth, design. They don't fall off my heels inside my boots while walking. I wear them every day as slippers too, have 4-5 pairs.
