The cushion is substantial, and the arch support is sufficient. Size Small fits a bit loose on my size 66.5 feet, which are at the lower end of the S range. Overall, the quality is good and they keep my feet warm.

This is the 8th pair I've d these socks I've bought. I like them because you can wear them to the office and wear them out to the deer stand or into the brush to quail hunt. Lightweight, warm, but not too warm. Very comfortable and hold up really well.
