These socks are very warm, cushiony and comfy. I love them. It's like walking with pillows in your boots and your feet stay nice and warm.

Bought these for my husband (he is a size 9 1/2 )for Valentines Day he's a plumber and out in the cold a lot needs a good pair of comfortable warm socks with his bean boots these fit the bill. They are not too thick and not too thin but just right. I will get a few more pairs now that I know he likes them and i'll get myself a pair too!

I wear these with my Red Wing Boots. Very warm, but quite breathable. Supremely comfortable!

I wear these daily with my Bean Maine Hunting Shoes and they are the best! I have 7 pairs that I rotate and they last about 14 months before I replace them. My feet are dry and comfortable all day with these and they are worn winter and summer. The winter boots are gore tex insulated and the summer boots are uninsulated. Just fantastic socks and I recommend without hesitation or reservation.

I have a pair at least 8 years. Only ware them 8 to 10 times a year usually in the winter with some snow. When needed they step up big time. Bean socks keep my Bean 7" boots snug and my feet warm.

I use these socks indoors as slippers on cold floors. They work great.

These socks were a gift for one of my favorite hunters. I did not want him to have cold feet while searching in the woods. He was thrilled with their comfort and how well they washed.

These socks impress with their obvious quality on arrival. They are heavier that a midweight but with elastic compression, they cushion my feet inside or outside my boots. They hold their shape well. Although warm, they don't feel damp after all day wear. I've laundered them several times in washer and dryer and so far they hold up well and hold their size and shape. Strongly recommended.

Bought these for my husband. He said they are very comfortable and keep his feet nice and warm.

Over the years, I have purchased seven (7) Heavy Boot Sox's, five (5) Mid weight hiking sox's and four (4) Light weight hiking sox's. I am truly an "Out Sider". Year round summer, fall and winter; these sox's have never let me down. There are more expensive sox's on the market, but for the money, these are just what I expect form L.L.Bean, great.

Soft, cushioned never got a blister even after 6hrs of walking up and down hills

Got them for my wife for her new winter snow boots. No serious snow so far here in RI this winter but she's tried them on and loves them: good fit, height and thickness.

I bought my first pair of Bean's Boot Socks about 15 years ago. Boots have worn out but the original socks, although thinner, remain wearable after all that time. I always wear a lightweight wicking sock under the boot socks whether wearing leather upland boots, hiking boots, or rubber bottom Pacs. I now live in Florida where I wear these boot socks under my waders when fishing/wading the flats during winter months and they are many times better than any alternatives I find in the local stores. Each October I still hunt Grouse in NH wearing the original 12-year old socks along with newer ones. I have never found a better Fall & Winter boot sock.

Bought for my brother and he loved them. He has problems finding socks that fit a 13-14 shoe size. He says they are thick and warm.
