This makes four pairs of these wool rags socks for me in the last year. They have washed well, held up beautifully - my preferred socks for this time of year and well-padded for hiking/walking. My gray ones are suited for dress as well as casual wear.

Fit well, very comfortable and nice and thick.

Only socks my husband wears. They last a long time even when washed often.

The blue socks seem just like the grey ones, and, are dependable for warm feet, they wick the moisture away from my feet, that is helpful because, I'm in need of dry feet. Glad these are available and, trust them for cold weather.

These Bean socks are the greatest. I wear them around the house, give them as gifts, buy my boots a half size bigger so my socks will fit. Best way to stay warm and comfy in drafty old New England houses!

I first purchased was 2 sets (blue & grey). After wearing and washing them I decided to purchase 2 more sets (oatmeal & light grey).i wins they came in black.

I have worn this Type Sock for years, year round. Except when playing Golf or wearing Flip Flops !

I have been buying these socks, or their ancestors from Beans for over 40 years. In my opinion there is no reason to buy any other sock--and I don't. There was a brief period of less than a year a few years ago when they seemed to change manufacturers and the quality fell off--or to me it seemed to. But for a number of years now it has been consistently top quality. Try a pair--you will probably get rid of all your other socks. And, hey--if you only have one kind of sock, you don't have to worry about unmatched socks.

These are phenomenal socks. Not itchy at all, super warm, and thick! (Perfect accompaniment to wear with boots). My only complaint is that they can get a little bunched up and slide down at times but the fit, feel, and comfort are amazing. I wish I had a pot for every day.

I LOVE these socks and want to buy more. For one the color (pink shade) is so pretty. More importantly, the socks are so soft and comfortable. Have not yet washed them so not sure how they will turn out. Will update if not good.

I buy XL socks and, in disappointment, hand them down to my boys. To keep the great fit, they are washed in cold water and hung up wet to air dry. They're warm and great in the fall and winter.

Oh so very nice :) Warm and cozy. Ankle is NOT tight. Looks adorable scrunched. I got the light heathered creamy color and I would re-purchase in the same color , as they are simply scrumptious

I have a small size foot so I ordered a children's size. The fit is perfect and the socks are a good quality. I'm very happy!

I've re-ordered this sock so many times I've lost track. I wear them for all, but the most formal, occasions, year round. I find that wool keeps my feet cool in summer and warm in winter. Furthermore, I've tried other socks costing two to three times as much. Still have three pair of them in my socks drawer. But these are my all-time favorites.

These are really high quality, cozy socks. There are definitely expensive but I have bought 2 orders for 4 socks and I love them.

Threat fit not too tight at the ankles

Nice and thick and soft - warm in cold weather, light and airy in summer.

I actually use these as slippers to wear around my apartment. I wear a women's 8.5 in shoes, but bought these in size Large so they would be loose, which they are. Love them!
