Really happy with my order of two tote bags in different sizes, this medium style with long handles is perfect for day to day shopping, laptop bag and holiday essential. It fits over my shoulder with thick jumpers and coats. I ordered this while abroad in the USA and it was on my wish list for 6 months, there's nothing like this with durability in mind and a full zip top closure in the UK hence waiting for this LLBean tote. The zip top is essential for work in London (pick pockets!) Thank you to Eric who made my bag.

I love everything about this bag for travel. I took it on a road trip and it's large size was perfect for all our car necessities. The zipper keeps everything secure if it gets knocked over and long handles are perfect when getting lugged around. I do wish it had some organization inside but love it as it is too. Definitely won't regret!

My personalized bag arrived quickly and looking amazing! The new olive green color is amazing. I still wish there was a small interior pocket in the large but still this bag is a dream!

Loving this very sturdy bag. I had ordered the XL size, but is was too big for the purpose i had in mind. I kept that one for future uses, and ordered this one. It is a perfect bag. I like the heavy zipper and fabric, and the dark colored bottom for when I have to place it on the floor.
