One of the most useful of the fabled LL Bean Boat and Totes. Just the right size for securely hauling (zip it closed) books and other stuff to meetings.

i needed something i could use as a bag for university and for regular every day. this does it, i can fit the contents of my backpack and my purse into this tote. will probably but the small one next

I can't imagine this adorable bag will ever wear out! It is sturdy and a perfect size for all the little things that get lost in a big bag while in transit to or from the boat.

I was looking for a tote bag in a smaller size. However, I came across this medium size, which is great for carrying my things.

When I saw the new mauve color option, I knew I needed one. It's beautiful in person, more of a lilac in my opinion. I chose the large zip-top with long handles. The long handles make it easy to carry over my shoulder even when the bag is totally full. I love the zip-top so I don't have to worry about anything falling out of it. It's held up great for multiple long weekend trips. Monogramming was crisp and precise. I'm glad that LL Bean has started making more exciting color options, but I wish they would expand them to the extra-large size. I've been wanting to get an extra-large tote but the color options are so basic that I'm holding off. I'd buy an extra-large in mauve without a second thought!

LOVE IT! Purchase was made to use as a sports bag for our grandchildren's soccer, baseball, and football games. Roomy enough to put blankets, coats, along with warm clothing accessories for the cold games. Love the zipper feature, and had our name monogrammed.

This was a gift for my teenage daughter to use as her performance bag. She says this bag is a 10/10! The zipper was a MUST, and the bag is light weight and easy to carry.

Got the large in cream/black with a single letter in cream. Looks cute. The letter is rather big, but having it in cream makes it stand out less. Very well made. I can fit my purse, lunch bag, tea, water and tons of other stuff and not have a million things to carry. I use my lunch bag to help my tea and water bottles stay standing up so they don't leak.

I think this is about the sixth tote bag I have purchased. They are incredibly strong and well made. This was a gift for my daughter who uses the zip top version as a purse. She's incredibly pleased with it.

Excellent bag, high quality make. The zipper works really well. I definitely recommend the longer handle length, makes it much easier to easy to use. Text came out excellent too - easy to test out different fonts so it made the picking easier

I use this bag to carry to and from work. I live in NYC and walk to work, so this is perfect for holding all the things I need throughout the day. Plus, the monogramming is a lovely touch!

I was given this bag as a present from a co-worker. Around the same time I was looking for a sturdy and adaptable personal item. The zip top and sturdiness of this bag make it perfect. I wouldn't recommend packing the large one to the brim if you still want to put it under your seat, but this thing fit 3 books, and a LOT of squishables (a water bottle, two sweaters, a change of clothes, and a towel) and fit just fine.

Very sturdy, very large! Items stay safe with the zipper top. We use it for boating, so all are important.

This sturdy bag will last a long time. Very roomy.
