Very happy with my purchase. It went on its first airplane trip recently and performed exactly as I had hoped. Easy to stuff with last minute things to pack and then fit perfectly under airplane seat.

This tote is well constructed out of heavy material. The design is great and I had it done with my wife's name printed on it. She was very pleased.

I'm a quilter, so this bag is great! It holds many of the quilting supplies I need for my bee meetings. It is roomy, sturdy and well-made.

Perfect bag but even more perfect customer service! The monogram was sewn into the zipper. I "chatted" with customer service the day after Christmas. I offered the send photos and/or bring the bag into a physical store but LL Bean did not feel that was necessary. In less than 1 week, I had a replacement bag with monogram. It is a nice reminder to spend money with businesses that stand by their products and their people.

How to return the first one because it didn't have a zipper and I thought I ordered one with zipper. The return was simple. The representative was very, very helpful and made it easy. I love this bag and use it all the time.

Love LL Bean bags. Like the added security of a zipper top - but I purchased an open top too.

Medium zip top tote is great for daily use to work and then the gym. Zipper top allows everything to stay in it's place when tote is put in the back of the car if it would fall over. Especially if the tote is filled to the top. The quality is exceptional and durable. This was a gift for my daughter and this is what she told me.
