I gifted these to my bridesmaids and got one for myself! We got the Large, with long handle, and did our initials in "olive" thread with the flared-case style (I have purchased the large before with a different monogram style & it was too small; not the case here!). These were perfect!!!! We used them all wedding weekend, and then my husband used it as a carry-on during our honeymoon!!!

These are all the rage and for good reason! Purchased for an engagement gift and had it monogrammed with the future new last name! Even with the customization, the bag was delivered within days of purchase and the couple loved it!

I've had my eye on these Boat and Tote sacks for many years and finally bought both large and extra large sizes and could not be more pleased with the product. The weight of the fabric is key in my mind and L.L. Bean delivers the best of the best, and hits the mark in terms of design, fashion, and quality when compared to other tote sacks on the market. Certainly an iconic product of Americana.

I love purchasing these as gifts. They are always sturdy and well made. I know they will be useful and last for years! I had this one monogrammed and the stitching was tight and well done. You can't go wrong with an LLBean tote!

I bought these for all 6 of my grandchildren when they we tiny. Their mom's still use them.

I typically purchase the extra-large Boat and Tote open top for baby gifts with the baby's name embroidered on it so that it can be used for the new baby's tote or toy-chest (at home or at gramma's) etc. The Extra-large was unavailable in the color I wanted, so this time I ordered the large. I had it directly sent to the new parents. It was very well received and appreciated- particularly in the olive green to match the nursery.

I had a great experience. The LL Bean embroidery staff was helpful and definitely cared if my order turned out well.

As always, THE best tote of its kind - period. This was a gift for someone who had never had a Boat and Tote bag.
