Very bad monogramming - looks so sloppy. Quite disappointed in quality.

horrible construction -- everything was threadbare

I bought this item for mothers day and it has yet to come in. Apparently it is on back order and they keep pushing back the shipping date. Now they are saying it won't come in till next month.

Unfortunately ordered in April knowing it was back ordered. Ship date was June 2nd, then got an email stating it would be shipped July 2nd. End of June received another email stating it would be shipped August 2nd. I decided to cancel order. It was getting ridiculous. They had the nerve to send me a catalog after that. I would never order from there again. It does not make LL bean look very good.

I ordered my tote in mid May. It was back ordered with a shipping date set for July 2. I thought that was steep but thought it would be fine since the weather would be perfect and I would get lots of use out of it still. July 2nd came and after checking for shipping status, noticed a delayed shipping notification stating new shipping date of August 28. I see all over different social medial platforms, multiple social media accounts promoting and posting about receiving their tote so I guess since I don't have a platform, my order got pushed to the back of the line. I see that currently, if a new order is placed the back order date is September so in order to avoid receiving another delayed shipping notification stating, I have canceled my order to avoid disappointment.

Threads were fraying, delivered in poor condition.

It took 6 months for this tote bag to be delivered to my daughter . I love this bag, I grew up using this bag.but waiting 6 months to receive it was ridiculous! If they were having production problems, Llbean should have not have it listed in their catalog. Apparently, the problem was with the XL size tote bag.

Purchased item in April. It's been delayed twice. Now my arrive is in July. Takes too long and now I don't need the item. Never had an item take so long to arrive. Had to cancel order.

My husband ordered this back in February, haven't even received my order yet. Just got an email it won't be in stock until September! This is a scam! They also charge my husbands card once a week with a five dollar charge! Terrible company!

I ordered this product on 1/31/25. I've yet to receive it. Back order dates have changed several times and now I received an email stating it has been pushed back to September 30th.

I literally purchase this about 2 weeks ago. It is so stiff and hard. It's unbelievable, and it's uncomfortable. It's also fraying on the side, totally a waste of my time and money..

I ordered in Sept and the gift was finally delivered. Horrible. I had to call and reorder too many times

I got this bag as a Christmas present but it didn't arrive until end of January due to being backordered. I then got it monogrammed a few weeks later but the monogram was incorrect so I sent it back. I was told the bag was in stock and would be fixed within a week or two (this was early March) and was just informed I won't receive my bag until June. Decided to cancel the order outright due to waiting too long but very disappointed in the entire process

I was very disappointed with your service. I waited for four months for totes that were ordered in November for Christmas presents. The whole time I waited you had those totes listed as available on your website. Poor service!

I was really looking forward to this tote but the stitching on the sides is kind of terrible. Super messy and doesn't really look professional at all.

I ordered 4 bags and I am still waiting on one. Took way too long!

After waiting a few months for my order, LLB canceled it, yet here it is, the same exact product available to purchase with a several month wait time! Unreal

I can't believe it took 3 months to arrive. And I paid for shipping. The item wasn't even back ordered.

Just received my tote today and I am very disappointed in the stitching and monogram, this was suppose to be a Christmas present for a family member. The r was not completely done.

I bought this product and had an unfortunate incident in which a bottle of mine broke and spilled a water based liquid onto my bag. The bag is stained, despite multiple efforts to clean the bag. I have no idea how anyone could use this bag on a boat - it would dirty immediately. Customer service also ignored my issue despite policy of "fairness". They were curt and reflected a company culture of apathy for their customers. I will never be purchasing from LL Bean again.

Bought this monogrammed tote as part of a friend's engagement present and I'm disappointed. The stitching is messy and uneven, with lose strands everywhere. I've had one of these bags for 10 years, and it's clear to me that level of quality is gone p

I was very disappointed. The bag was absolutely huge. The dimensions I viewed on line did not show how huge it was. I was also disappointed that I had to pay shipping to purchase, then shipping to ship back and then on top of everything, I was issued a gift card instead of having the return put back on my credit card. I will use the gift card, but once that is done this is my last purchase with Bean. Everything was too much, too costly and too much trouble.

The embroidery was horrible! And the size and font were not as described on the website. I'm very disappointed

I bought this tote to replace my husband's old one. I bought many before too but I am disapointed that the new version does not have inside pockets and it is not mentioned anywhere. Bummer.
