Toebox size is very narrow - uncomfortable

Not happy with the overall appearance of the Cole Hahn shoes. The picture and description appeared different.

Hurting to wear. Back of shoe does not have enough cushion.

Got very bad blisters on the back of both ankles. Need to break them in before using them on the first day.

The paint on the toes of each shoe chipped off within the first 5 times wearing them. They are nice looking shoes but they don't hold up like a good quality shoe does. I see now in reading the reviews that I'm not the only one to experience this, wish I would have read them beforehand.

I've had my pair for a good few months now. In my opinion, they are not worth the money. The leather is horrible- feels almost like plastic. After few months, they also started squeaking like crazy. Overall quality is poor.

Not cushioned enough for my feet.

Uncomfortable in the Achilles area when walking. I had redness on both feet my first day wearing them.

I love ZeroGrands, so it pains me to write this. The Shoes look amazing and love my other "flyknit" ZeroGrands, but these are just uncomfortable due to a sharp/over-protruding back heel. If you do not wear thick enough socks these will cut your heels up. And I intended to wear these with no-show socks. I didn't last 3 hours in these shoes.

Shoe is a very tight size 12

Comfortable shoes. However, the yellow sole is visible through the block exterior making indicating poor manufacturing.

This shoe runs smaller than typical Cole Haan products. I own 8 pairs of CH shoes and I was excited to add these to my collection. All 8 run in the exact same sizeexcept this pair. Order a half size to a full size larger than expected.

The top of the back of the heel digs into my Achilles. It is odd that the top of the heel area curves into the heel and not in more of a straight up and down fashion.

Look nice but I expected zero grand to be much more comfortable. Maybe need to work them in a bit more?

The toe layer between sole and shoe is peeling/chipping away and is brown on a black shoe only worn a couple times. Looks like mud on tip of my shoe.

Not the Grand comfort level or Grand fit I expected from this pair of shoes.

Love all that stitch light wingtips. Perfect for spring/ summer / fall weather. So comfy, stylish and they always look great on foot. I usually go 1/2 size down in these as they do stretch out more and quicker than the leathers.

it's painful to wear it, no pad around the ankle especially when you wear boat shoe socks

Much more narrow than expected. I don't ever wear a "wide" size but feel it is needed in this shoe. They are oddly long, too, so finding the right fit was complex. Kind of disappointed after wearing these for a few weeks. Was hoping they'd be daily wear for office but I'm back to a pair of Allbirds for the moment.

It's not comfortable

The shoes are great looking, but after wearing for one day, my toes are hurting. They are a tight fit and narrow.

These shoes were too narrow and long. I've never needed a wide shoe in my life and my feet felt suffocated when I put these on. Not to mention they were probably a size too long. Dimensions must be off somewhere.

I was a little disappointed as I feel they look like sneakers not office shoes
