Runs too big. Order a size down.

Had to return too narrow You are not making wide sizes

Received shoes but The width is too narrow, I have one in a different color and the fit is good. Don't understand.

Unbearably uncomfortable. Wore twice and can't wear anymore. The unstructured heal is too unstable so you end up off the back of the shoe. I'm a huge fan of the "Grand" line, but these are unfortunately a miss.

These shoes don't stretch or give at all! Worse pair if shoes I've ever purchased and very uncomfortable.

Not comfortable. I've purchased 6 pairs this year and these are by far the worst. I am debating if I should buy Cole Haan moving forward.

Not true to size. I'm very unhappy!

I went a half size up and these shoes are so tight that I am unable to wear them. I thought they would break in so I wore them enough that I probably cannot return, but they are horrible fitting. Surprised as my co worked told me they were the most comfortable shoes he had ever owned. I feel as if something is wrong with them.

Sole is not that good

I have more then 10 pairs of Cole Haan shoes!All of them is 10.5 size.The shoes that I got is written 10.5 , but it is too big!!!! At list 11.5!!!!I am living in Israel and have nothing to do with those shoes.

I am a big Cole haan fan and bought these and cant stand them to be on my feet. I will return them but something is wrong with the fit of the shoe. Feel like I am walking like a duck...Sorry Cole haan you have been good to me up to this one.
