How Versatile is this jacket? I wore it playing golf on a breezy cool 40 degree December day in Connecticut. While others shivered I swung freely and warm for 18 holes walking. I look sharp wherever I Go in this jacket.

This jacket is nicer than I expected. It's soft, water repellent and offers good wind protection. It's ideal for me to wear it when it's raining and/or windy and temps are in the 40's-50's.

Reasonably warm with layers underneath, good in wind, and 10 to 40 degrees, haven't tried in zero temps. Not worn in steady rain, like walking in the rain.

Used this jacket at the coast, kept the rain out, and me warm in rainy 50's weather. I only had a long sleeve T underneath. Highly recommended.

I don't know why, but this is the best jacket I have owned. It keeps me more comfortable in more varied conditions than any other jacket I've ever had.

This is the perfect fleece for inclement weather. The hood provides wind & rain protection. Huge deep pockets provide iPhone safety. Water sheds off instantly, so you stay nice and dry. This jacket is pretty light weight and a great wind blocker. I wear it all the time. Nice color schemes but I purchased the BLACK one. Great job designing this jacket L.L. Bean!
