Loved my cup until the handle broke. I was hoping it was going to last me a lifetime but I guess it had other plans.

Love every feature for the most part, I ran it through the dishwasher and after one run through on my first day having it, it ended up getting these long white streaks at the top? I'm assuming heat damage but I was hoping it would be durable enough for a dishwasher. A little disappointing but overall a wonderful product.

My 11yr old daughter purchased one of these Stanley's with her Christmas money. She and I both are disappointed that it leaks if tipped over out of the swiveling part of the top even when completely closed position when there isn't a straw in it.

Low quality materials for the price, compared to the Hydroflask and non branded water bottles

Idk why these are so popular. They leak and I have to buy third party products to keep them from leaking too much. But, my kids are obsessed and keep asking for them for Christmas and birthdays so I am forced to be a returning customer lol. It is what it is.

Leaks a LOT - the top flips to "closed". It it doesn't work to stop leaks and can only be used in cup holder or upright- not in a bag

It's the size I need it to be but it's too heavy. With it full of liquid it weighs four pounds so it's inconvenient to take with me. I only use it at home. The enamel scratches easily and that sucks. It also leaks. I expected something better for the price.

It was a good cup only concern was that it spills. But it does the job of being able to keep my drink cold

It keeps the drink cold however it spills more when tilted which is disappointing. I have other cups that spill less when tilted.

Ice doesn't stay cold for 24 hours, other than that it's ok. My last cup no brand name would keep ice cold for days.

Doen't see the hype. Not bad but not as good as a YETI or Arctic. Can't say its terrible though just don't see why people are fighting over these things. But hey to each their own.

Nice product however does not stay as cold/warm as my Yeti tumblers. Disappointed in performance. Like color selections but not sure if I will purchase again. Yeti is priced similar, which stays colder and warmer much longer, and seems more rugged.

Nice cup, holds ice and cold water for a long time. My only issue is the fact that packaging was horrible. It was wrapped in tissue paper and put in the box. When I went to pick the box up from my front porch, it was fragile. And it seemed like it could have damaged the cup if it was moved around in the delivery truck.

Cup is beautiful but all of the gold has almost completely peeled off.

I got the color balsam glow and while I like the cup it's not exactly the same color as what was advertised it's more like a dark blue

The hype over these cups is out of control. They leak like crazy if not held at a perfect 90 degree angle to the floor.

Love the cup and it keeps ice for 2 days. However 3 months later, the lid does not come off without a struggle and the handle is loose. Very disappointed.

Well as a glass I like it but it leaks even when I take out straw and close so don't take it anywhere.

I love the design of this cup. It's lightweight & the handle makes for easy carrying! However, mine does not keep my drinks cold! I'm constantly having to put more ice in it.

These cups are very attractive and do keep drinks cold BUT for the amount of money you should be able to put them in the dishwasher and the color should maintain its original luster. Stick with their stainless if you care about that.

I average the Stanley to be a 3-Star because I would give it a 5-Star and a 1-Star at the same time if I could! I love how much water it holds and how long the ice lasts in my Stanley. Water tastes so good in it. It is still my #1 go to tumbler for water that I take with me everyday. BUT, I HATE that everytime it falls over (because I don't always have a cupholder I can use or a solid surface to set it on), it spills! It spills on everything. ALSO, sometimes it is almost impossible to unscrew the lid. The only way to unscrew it is to put it between my thighs and then use my hands to twist. I have almost gotten injured trying to unscrew the lid so many times! My daughter can never open it herself, which is a problem when she takes it to school. I can't imagine an older person trying. These are two HUGE product flaws that need to be fixed because I will switch to another brand if someone else can fix these two major issues. Until then, I do still use my Stanley everyday.

Drinking through the straw takes too much effort and the lip on the lid makes it hard to sip properly, very annoying. Not worth the hype.
