I have CMT and wear leg braces (AFO's) which slip into the shoe. I had to order a half size larger so that my braces would fit. I have been wearing this style of SAS shoe for the past 10 years as I find them to be the best when it comes to fitting my leg braces as they have the extra depth I need. The shoes wear very well and are well made.

I have been wearing this style for around 20 years. I believe I am on my 4th or 5th pair. I highly recommend this shoe. Extremely comfortable and high quality.

These are the only shoes my husband wears. They wear like iron and he can wear his orthopedic inserts in them

I work at a busy sports arena and theater where I am walking 6 to 16 miles every workday on concrete floors. I needed the cushion, fit, and lightweight durability that I found with the men's time out shoes. They are truly feather light and beautifully crafted. They give me enough stiffness in the sole to climb a small-rung ladder, and enough flex for comfortable stair climbing and general stooping, kneeling, etc... I wear a new pair for 2-3 years, then get another and relegate the old ones for doing yard work. I've tried all the brands and styles, and I haven't found anything even close to SAS. They are a little spendy, but they are so well made, they last as well as 4 pairs of lesser shoes. It's about the same cost. I also same a lot of time and gas not having to go hunting for shoes. TIME OUT!

I have been wearing these shoes for over 16 years. I am a nurse. I started having heel problems back then and I have no arches plus an injured lower back. These shoes have been a life saver. They are the most comfortable, durable, and reliable shoes I have ever found. I will never wear anything else again. I have tried others in the last 16 years that were highly recommended. They would not last over 6 months. It took almost 3 years for my last pair to wear out and I am on my feet 8-16 hours a day and sometimes 7 days a week!

I use the time out shoes every day, I rotate two to three pair of shoes at a time. I can wear them with or without my Arizona splints and they make my feet look normal nothing better. I've been wearing this shoe for over 25 years. And nothing else.

Length was good. Width was a little loose especially since I ordered slim. Hopefully they will stretch out on the upper rim. It is rubbing pretty hard on the upper part of my feet.

I ordered the W probably should have ordered the WW since they seemed a bit tight on the toes so I sent them back.

My 9.5 shoe fitted well, but it seemed a bit narrow in width. The arch support felt flat.

Nice shoe, looks well made. My wife said they look hideous, but they look OK to me. Unfortunately, the arch does not work for my flat foot, is uncomfortable.

The Walnut brown, is not the same color you get when ordered, I always received a dark burnt brown instead, and couldn't get a clear reply as to why they changed the ordered color without informing me first.

I have a bunion and have had to order the widest shoes, the 3W. But in doing this I must go a whole size down!

I'm 235 lbs with size 12 narrow feed and Extremely flat. Found the arch support was something I had to get used to with a couple of half day wear time. Now I like the arch support and find the shoes very comfortable. While very comfortable they are not a fashion statement.... I choose comfort!

I walk on asphalt and only walked a little over two hundred miles in these shoes. They are supper comfortable and light weight, but soles are really soft. I have worn through both heals. Would hope they would last longer than three months.

This is my second pair of SAS shoes I have purchased. The first pair lasted about 2 years, a year and a half longer then the shoes I would buy from another big box store. I took away a star only because I don't like the insole that comes with them. Just like the previous pair, my feet and ankles would start to hurt. So I take them out and put in some Dr. Sch8is inserts, and I'm good to go.

Everything felt fine when I put them on: fit right;nice style; good width; soft & comfortable. Only one thing wrong: everytime I put them on the tongue goes & wrinkles down into the shoe. I'm going to take them to a cobbler & have the top of the tongue secured to the side panel. I'm 75 & have trouble pulling the tongue back up. My Red Wings are secured that way & never do I have to pull back up on the tongue. For the price, I expected better.

This product was recommended by a foot doctor that had worked with Olympic teams and an NFL team! And then you stopped providing with the shoe the feature he thought best, the memory foam insole. Now it's extra cost, but shoe cost did not go down!

My husband only wears SAS shoes however this time he needed a wider width. This presented us with a problem. I WOULD recommend SAS shoes for men as always! They have been great for 30 plus years for him.
