Great heel height - can walk comfortably even with small feet - but still a sexy enough heel for after hours work dinners.

I am very pleased with this pump. They look sexy on. I wore them to church where I stand a great deal of time. They didn't start to hurt until I had them on for three hours. The are a good value for the money.

I love these shoes. I have them in the Black Lace and they are stunning. They are comfortable too, I wore them to a party and spent most of the night on my feet with only mild discomfort to the top right side of my foot where the shoe rubbed in a bit, but I'm sure with wear they will loosen up. The heel is a comfortable height as well.

Where can I begin? I LOVE these shoes! I bought them as my "something blue" for my wedding and they were great! I wore them for about 6.5hrs straight during pictures/walking around. Majority of the time was spent standing and they were really comfortable! My feet didn't hurt at all although my small toes were starting to feel really squished in there towards the end. They're real easy to walk in (the heel height is just under 4") and they look amazing on. I was a little nervous as I don't normally wear heels and assumed I'd be in pain the whole time but I wasn't! Overall I would say a great shoe. I also have these in black. Would definitely recommend as a great office shoe or one of the bold designs for a night out. I'm normally a size 7 but NW shoes have a smaller fit so I bought these in a size 6. Side note: when it comes to my feet I wear a full size smaller. I'm normally a 6.5-7 but NW 6. As far as width goes I always opt for "regular" width shoe & even though my feet fit & they felt comfortable they left a rim imprint around my feet of where the shoe was so not sure if I should opt for a wider size next time as my NW shoes always feel more "snug" than normal but next size up is always too big. For this reason I've stated that they're "smaller" than marked but I am familiar with how NW shoes fit on me so I knew to order a full size down from 7.

Super comfortable and easy to walk in, and they look much more expensive than they really are!

Nine West are my go-to work shoes. For their price, they're good value -- I wear them regularly (at least weekly) and they stay in good shape for at least two or three seasons before I need to replace them. I tend to heel strike when I walk, so the heels tend to wear out quickly. Regardless, these are great work shoes that can double for going out shoes. They're comfortable -- not so high that they're difficult to walk in or painful, and I'm able to wear them all day and into the evening without much pain (I prefer flats whenever possible). OVERALL: 4 Stars -- I wear out the heels quickly, so knock off one star for durability.

These are beautiful shoes but they are too tall for me. I do not often wear heels so this height was too much for me, but they are great shoes for a great price. I am normally an 8 but in Nine West heels I am consistently a 7½.

Great staple shoe. Originally purchased the 7.5, my normal size, in a W. The length was too long. When I went back for the 7 they only had a N but it turned out to be a fine fit. Zappos return was easy and prompt as usual.

These are comfortable and classic shoes, even for long work days. They are very flexible and have just enough heel to elongate the leg without being uncomfortable and painful. One drawback is that the inner liner of the shoe seems to tear and separate somewhat easily.

I have big feet, size 11, and it's not easy to find comfortable and stylish heels for work, but these more than did the job. I have bought 3 pairs so far. If you wear them constantly to work, they last about a year and a half. If you rotate them well, they'll last much longer.

Great fit. Super comfortable. I am hard on my shoes in general, and they quickly became scuffed - especially easy to do in the toe area on the point.

I was devastated when Nine West stopped making the Barbe pump, and I have found the Flax to be an ok replacement. It's not as comfortable as the Barbe, which I felt like I could wear all day and be as comfortable as if I was in sneakers, but it's still more comfortable than most heels. Generally good quality. Did have some problems with wear on the end of the toe on my first pair, so on my second pair, I had my shoe guy put on taps before I even wore them for the first time. That seems to have addressed the problem

I wear a size 10 and have flat feet. These shoes are very comfortable, though like most shoes, you should wear them for only a few hours at a time and then let your feet rest for a day or two before wearing again. They look fantastic with long, flowing trousers as they have a very flattering pointed toe. The leopard is also a subtle and classic print and gives a tan or cream suit some real pop.

First time wearing them, received so many compliments. Unfortunately, like many shoes, they needed a bit of breaking it but overall very comfortable, cushy footbed. Perhaps a bit narrow for me, hence the first time wearing discomfort. Can't beat the sassy blue kitty print and the heel is just the right height for style and all day comfort. Love, love, love!

Beautiful sexy but classy Black leather shoe. Rich looking. But they hurt like HELL after 30 minutes. They fit my size 9 feet very well. No sliding heel, no toe box cramping. But the lack of arch support and padding under the balls of my feet made these hurt so badly, I ended up taking them off at the out of town venue I attended and embarrassingly doing a Britney Spears. I walked around barefoot! That's how much they hurt! Love the shoe, so I'm going to get some Foot Petals and try them. My feet measure 10 inches from heel to longer 'second toe.' At the widest, right below my toes it measures 4 inches. Don't have particularly wide heels, I'd day average. And I wear a B. Again, the 9B was fine. Just horribly uncomfortable.

Cute but appearance isn't quite as high quality as I had expected. Shoe material looks a little plastic. They're also about 1/2 size smaller than I expected I terms of how they feel. I'm going to return them for a larger size.

Great basic pump. I measured the heel and it's closer to 3.5 inches. After a little breaking in, it's quite comfortable. The poudre photo is accurate, it's a pale nude. So versatile!

True to size & have found Nine West is good for a narrow width. Ordered the Yellow Boom Boom Kitty & love them. Wore with winter white slacks, received many compliments. Glad I went out of my comfort zone. Not a regular heel person & don't have good arch so used pad support for ball of foot which made more comfortable.

I purchased the Flax in blue multi fabric in 9 medium along with Drusilla in black floral synthetic and Corso Como in black silk calf. The pattern is more consistent on mine, meaning the heels are not as off white as the picture shown, and that will show less dirt from driving. The synthetic lining will probably stick to my feet at first, but my slightly wider right foot felt fairly comfortable. I only tried these on in a carpeted room, but so far so good. Very pointy but elegant. I love the pinky lavender and windex blue and navy tones in the pattern. I may buy more of this style.

This is a pretty pump and reasonably priced. The croc looks great! I purchased the wine color - which is rich and a perfect match for this season's clothing. It does run longer than marked. I always wear a 7, but had a gap in the back of the shoe and am returning them for a smaller size. Gotta love free shipping and returns!

This is an elegant shoe in a classic design. I typically wear a 10, but ordered a 10.5, which fit like a 10, but without the pinched toes I generally suffer in a pointy-toed shoe. The sides of the shoe seemed a little low cut, and I had some spillage on the outside opposite the ball of my foot and seemed unrelated to the sizing. I won't be spending all day in these, but they're nice for a special occasion.

I wore these for a holiday party and they held up rather well. I guess I would not want to wear them to walk around all day, but for standing around at a party for several hours, they worked just fine. I even had to walk several feet in 6" of snow to get to my car and it did not hurt them at all! I thought that they might be a little bit too high for my comfort level, but I was pleasantly surprised how good they felt.

I ordered these pumps in the Multi Camel Hair and they are amazing! The heel is just right, not too high, and very sexy. I also bought an Austin (also Nine West) in a different color, and decided to exchange the Flax for the Austin. The Austin is equally sexy, but a little more padded on the insole and the lower heel will be better for me running from meeting to meeting at the office. HIGHLY recommend both shoes!

The width is great. The heel size is very flattering. They are very nice shoes! Unfortunately, they seem to run a little big. There is about a ¼" in the heel. Hopefully a size smaller will work.

Love this shoe! Heel is the perfect height. I have always been sceptical about ordering a shoe online. This was my first and it is a winner!
