The sweater had a nice fit but was a bit warmer than anticipated. It will be a good Spring coverup.

Nice sweater; Very warm and well made. My only wish was that the 'Russet' color would have been available. But I'm happy with the Maroon color too.

You get what you hope for: a good looking sweater that's well made, and at a fair price. You can wear it with jeans or dress slacks.

I've been buying Bean products for over 40 years. Yes, there have been a few "misfits", but they were all corrected quickly. The Classic Raggwool Henley arrived and fits as advertised. It has quickly become my go-to sweater layer.

Runs large. First bought large tall and exchanged for regular large. Very easy to exchange.

Great sweater. I use it when I am golfing. Lightweight and flexible. Keeps me warm on cold days but allows me to enjoy golf.

After purchasing one last year I was so happy with this sweater I purchased another in a different color. I am still happy with this sweater.

Very nice and comfortable sweater. Fits true to size. This is a hand wash only item. Not too big of a deal to hand wash but thought you should know before you buy.

I bought this for my husband. I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. The fabric is substantial (more of a casual sweater) but very soft and not at all itchy. It fit him perfectly and is very flattering.

This is a wonderful sweater. It's very warm and sturdy and I love it. This was a phone order, and based on the advice of the helpful sales rep, I bought the Henley version in navy, size medium. I usually wear size large but the fit on the medium is great on me. I wish L.L. Bean would post the actual measurements (for this and other garments) on its website because the chest circumference on the medium for this sweater is something like 42 or 43 inches, which is often what you get in a large by other manufacturers. I have a 41.5" (or so) chest and, like I said, this sweater fits me great. The fit tool on the website is useless IMO because it's derived from a comparison with other manufacturersand if you wear a large Banana Republic sweater that definitely DOES NOT mean you should buy the L.L. Bean Rag Wool Sweater in large as well. It'll likely be much too big on you.
