They are comfortable in my tennis shoes. Can not wear in my Composite toe safety shoes because they raise my foot too high and it rubs the top of the shoe.

Bought these for my teen daughter - we got her normal size 8 but when they came they were quite a bit too small - small enough that my normally impatient daughter wanted to send them back and wait for a more comfortable size - I would def suggest sizing up if you're considering between 2 sizes. Other than that she loves them - I thought they were lighter in color than I was expecting (color sand) - so now I'm concerned about them getting dirty easier than the last pair we got her a couple of years ago - I spayed them with scotch guard - hopefully that will be protective enough. But she is thrilled and loves them and I've noticed every single one of her friends has the same ones lol

I have sketchers work boots and I put these insoles UNDER the memory foam ones that came in them - it’s incredible. I love the difference they made . Now I know why some of these boots run a little big , so you can wear boot socks and heavy duty insoles .
