My shoe size is 8.5 and I used 7 for this Insole. Now, it works better inside. I would strongly recommend using this to all. It not only gives very good arch support but also gives a special cozyness

Great support and overall performance. I have tried insoles for other shoes in the past but this is the first pair I have had for work boots. Very happy with them they can be moved to other shoes as well but I use them for work .

Fits perfect in my shoes

I tend to order the insole 1st then the shoe, because it is important to me to have comfortable feet! I wish I had tried these a lot earlier! The only insole better than these Protalus, are the ones my podiatrist ordered for me. I also love that they fit my work shoes perfectly, I did not have to trim them down (for the 1st time) I love them!

I was sleeping on this brand and style ..Proved me wrong..No pain no where .I highly recommend

It fits perfectly and it's very comfortable. Perfect arch support and highly recommend for wide foot. For someone battling with diabetes, walking never felt so good.

I’ve bought insoles before for my shoes and always had to cut it to fit my shoes, these ones are true to the shoe I bought. I even bought 2 different types of shoes, same size and I can transfer them to whichever shoes I feel like wearing that day.

I always get one size smaller than my shoe size and it's always a great fit. Not saying this method works for everyone. This products is easy to hand wash and sanitize for next work week. There is a difference in my stance and walking gait wearing these. I feel taller. My feet feel better and that has become a game changer for working with little to no pain. Thanks so much.
