These shorts can be worn to workout or as just casually around town. They last forever without any color fading. I now have 4 pair.

Perfect fitting pair of shorts, deep pockets, two pockets on the right side and one has a zipper so you won't lose your money, keys or credit cards. Highly recommend

These are very comfortable, crisp looking shorts,. They are a good length for warm weather with slight ease in the fabric. They are easy to launder and they come out with no ironing needed. Lots of super colors to choose from. Great shorts for all occasions and all sports.

These shorts are so perfect. My husband is 5'7" and is kind of on the chubby side. They look amazing on him!!! They are also comfortable and wash and dry to perfection. We bought 7 pairs!!!

Perfect for me shorter leg length and it has just a little stretch in the fabric. It is also very light.

Epic pair of shorts. You know when you find that one pair of shorts that are just right so you buy them in every color. These are them.

My husband loves the nice tailored fit of these sport shorts, so many are too baggy. Great for every day rather he is playing pickle ball or running errands. Great for travel too.

Discovered the Multi-Sport pants( which I love) and had to check out the shorts also-They are great! I just love the material: light, comfortable, and almost in-wrinkle-able? Really looking forward to spring and summer!

I bought this shorts for hiking and an occasional jumping on a stream or river. They are sturdy, dry fast, and comfortable. They are only a little too tight on my legs, as I am a 2XL and they run up my leg as I seat. Otherwise, they are great

These shorts seem to be of the usual L.L.Bean quality, except for two problems: First, there's no fly, despite what looks exactly like a fly in the photos. The stitching is there, but no zipper! Second, the snap on the rear pocket fell apart the first time I used it. It looks like the manufacturer tried to save a few pennies by using a very flimsy design.

I would say these shorts are "OK," but not great. I was at a week-long music camp this past August, when I realized that I forgot to pack my L.L. Bean all cotton, and fairly heavy-weight, shorts I have four pairs, and only had the pair I was wearing for the first day or two. Fortunately, I was staying at a hotel in Bethesda, MD that is literally across the street from an L.L. Bean store (at the Pike & Rose shopping district). The store did not have the shorts I was hoping to find (similar to what I had left behind). But these, the only kind the store had, had to do. I bought two one in a very nice dark hunter green and the other in a nondescript slate color. They are "fine," and served my need, but they are kind of short (7" versus a more ideal 9" or 10"), . . . too short for my need or want, with the effect that (in addition to just looking a bit "off" for a 63-year-old man), if you have anything in your front pockets (and I am one who uses a front pocket wallet on one side, and having a handkerchief, a tuner, and a capo on the other), and you are sitting, the pockets creep out from under the legs, and hang like kind-of-dippy looking bags emerging from the bottom of one's shorts. I don't dislike them, per se, but they were not really what I was hoping to find, and I am just not all that fond of the "cut" of them, literally.

I returned the shorts as they were too large for me.

Not as much elasticity in waist band. Drawstring is too thin to be effective. Carrying much in the pockets calls for constant adjustments.

I like the material and the features of these shorts but they run small. I purchased a large with seven inch inseam and they are too short in the rise. I tried the nine inch inseam style but they were too big. Need a happy medium.

Bought these to potentially replace mountain bike shorts I wear when commuting to work. Material is great, love the pockets and having a zippered option. Nice touch with the hang loop to dry them. However I wish the same exact short existed with a webbed belt rather than a drawstring. The belt would offer a more precise fit. LL Bean made a performance hiking short years ago that had a great belt that I still use on others after the shorts wore out.
