Deal breaker is there's no good place to put keys during a workout. Should have a Velcro close pocket up front. Otherwise these make good rugged general workout shorts. Won't buy these again Also fly is fake - sewn shut, so peeing is a pulldown process. Odd but I can deal.

Had some old knock-around-the-house basketball shorts were at the end of their life span. Saw these online so I thought I would give them a try. I am glad I did. The material is soft and quite comfortable. They fit well and are true to size. They appear to be well made and handle heavy duty wash cycles very well. I liked them enough to where I recently ordered an additional pair and couple of pair of the lakewashed khaki shorts. These dock shorts are perfect for relaxing, doing things around the house or running errands.

Legs are wide enough for tree trunks. More like kulots

Comfortable but no fly. When purchasing saw stitching indicating fly never thought it was fake. Found out the hard way after desperate search in men's room.

A bit bulky and heavy, but I dare not return them as this company only allows store credit apparently. I will not be ordering from LLBean again.
