Purchased 3 T's, the traditional fit is larger than expected.

These tees do not feel like they have the same quality as some I purchased about a year ago.

My husband wears these pretty much every day because they are definitely durable. The fit is spot on and they don't shrink BUT the collar on these things are no better than a $10.00 t shirt! They baconate like nobody's business! He now asks me if the"baconaters" are clean! They wrinkle up just like a fatty piece of bacon! I think he got 3-4 months out of them before this started happening but they look ridiculous on him now! For the price I feel like they should last longer than thatthe long sleeves do it as well!

Thinner, feels less like cotton than before. Tag at back no longer says 100% cotton. Time to move on?

I usually order a large when buying any other T shirt. but the L I bought feels very tent like, too long and too wide and I am by no means a thin personMaybe I should have got a medium? Otherwise the quality is outstanding.

These tees fit too large compared to other tees I've purchased from LL Bean in the past. I'd like to exchange them for the medium size. How do I make an exchange?

I have other L.L.Bean shirts targeted toward active lifestyles and love them. I was interested in some high quality Ts and ordered four of these. The colors were great, the fabric was high quality and they were well made. But I had to return them because the medium shirts were in reality large and hung on my like a flour sack. If they had fit I would have given them 5 stars for me they were 1 star and I compromised at 3.

I have 2-3 of these shirts that are at least 8 years old. For the past 4 years, I keep ordering new ones hoping that LL Bean's sizing will revert to more traditional fits. So far, no luck. I ordered a few 2 years ago, and 3 more this year, and the L is still the length of an XL from comparable makers. Nothing else about the L seems out of proportion for an older style fit, but they are just too long. My wife thought I was just being overly picky until I held the shirt up against my older ones and showed her the 1.5-2" difference. I realize that LL Beans changed its sizing years ago (I stopped buying the chamois shirts for this reason), and my particular now size seems to fall right in between M and L, so I'm sure others find the fit ok. But these L are longer than every other L t-shirt I have in my closet!

These traditional fit tee shirts are just plain sloppy they only fit in the shoulders. What happened to a more fitted Tee. You used to carry them. I mean a while ago but they were the best. I used to send my son to college with them too. I refuse to gain weight around my waist just to fit into tee shirts.

I love the quality of these, they are unshrinkable but beware, they are GROWERS. By end of day if you are doing anything other than sitting in one spot, they lose shape and grow in length. The sizing used to be great, but the last few Ts I bought this spring, they are off. The XL Tall fits more like a XXL. The L Tall is snug like a fitted shirt.

I've been buying these shirts for my husband for years and they have always been nice quality but I recently bought the soft spruce and the mustard colors and they are not the same thickness of cotton. They are thin. I am very disappointed. I might return them and select the colors we have purchased in the past. Another reviewer said some colors have thinner cotton than others. I guess this is true.

I have bought about six of these t-shirts in the last two years. There is considerable variation in size and quality of the material. The sizes for some colors are larger than the sizes for other colors. In my case, some colors have a better fit in L whereas for other colors the fit is better in XL. Also, there is much variation in the quality of the material that also seems to depend on the color selected.

Nice t-shirt, but sizing is off. I normally wear an XL, but these were way too big and baggy. Purchased a size Large also, but those were too small. Guess I'm in between sizes for this t-shirt, which is too bad because I was looking for a good plain t-shirt that was soft and good quality, which this seemed to be, just didn't fit.

The neck is too tight and the cotton too heavy for summer comfort. Will have to keep searching.

LL Bean T-shirts are the best I've ever had. They are soft yet durable. The more they are washed, the softer they get.

These tees have been my husband's favorite for sometime. They wash nice and look good but sorry to say not for very long for the price. We have noticed all his LLBean tees don't last like years ago. The long sleeves rip in the seams at the collar and at the wrist. The fabric seems to just disintegrate. The tees are the same tearing at the collar. He bought some cheap tees which now have lasted much longer. Sad
