They fit way too big and there's no cushion, very uncomfortable.

Timberland never failed me except for this time. This shoe is narrower than other Timberland shoes I've worn. Feet is in pain after a few hours. I chose the widest size yet I feel I needed more width. I will be going back to my old shoes that is torn to pieces but at least I won't feel as much pain as these shoes.

This shoe is much larger and a bit heavier than I thought, aggressive sole too. Ordered for casual use. Super cool colors. I may have to order a 9 or even 8.5 when I'm normally a 9.5 with a low, wider foot.

Shoe laces come untied every 5 minutes. The soles are made of rubber foam so if you work in a factory with grating they get torn up easily. Worst pair of Timberlands I have owned, other styles were much better.

These shoes are about as breathable as my boots, without the comfort, and while the slip-resistance is there, I ran through 50% of the tread in 3wks.
Pro:
- Safety-toe is impact and relatively scuff resistant
- Easy to put on and shoelaces are easy to tie
- Decent slip-resistance (7/10)
Con:
- ~50% of treadwear in 3 weeks
- Mesh construction is not noticeably breathable
- Anti-fatigue is mostly the insole (which is better than some, not most)
- EVA outsole is not very cushioning or shock-absorbing, it's squeaky instead
--------------
I expected these shoes to be more breathable and easier to wear than my boots, but with a safety-toe and slip-resistance for when I'm walking on metal.
They start being uncomfortable to stand on after an hour or two being on my feet. It started feeling torturous after being on my feet for 4-5 hours... and we spent 7 hours on the factory floor that day. After I replaced the insole, that's when I realized the EVA outsole does very little, except to squeak against the floor.
Breathability is close to 0, which adds to the discomfort. I filled the shoes with water and there was a small trickle of water that came out. They breath about as much as standard waterproof shoes, not great in +90F weather.
The treadwear is what really kills it for me. The shoes are slip-resistant, but that starts to matter much less when there is no tread left on the actual shoe for water to escape from. After being on my feet for 3 weeks, it was beyond disappointing to recognize that I'd gone through so much of the tread. Overall, I'd expect these to last 2-3 months at most. Considering how much foam is there, it's frustrating that they only put a couple millimeters of tread in the main portion of the shoe. It is nice that the tread goes deeper at the balls of the feet, which would have been useful if it weren't just so painful to use (when I stand on a ladder rung, it becomes painful in about 15-30 seconds).

I do not recommend for jobs that need to walk constantly, too hard, I thought that with the use of them would soften but nothing, it hurts the sole of the foot a lot,
So, to wear the shoes again last year.

Shoe looks great and all but it's not comfortable as it appears. Tight fit even though I ordered the wider width.

I bought these because I wanted a composite/steel toe shoe. I've never tried Timberland for that specific need but have always enjoyed my other Timbs over the last 25 years. This purchase is a disappointment. While the reduced price was great (probably because this color didn't sell), they just are not very comfortable. Timberland didn't meet their normal standard here.

I love Timberland, however the sole on this model didn't last nearly as long as all my other Timberland's had. Not happy about it. barely a year,

It felt good putting on for the first time, but after wearing it for two days and even after putting in comfort soles, this was probably the worst experience with a work shoe I've ever had. There is no "breaking into" these for me. They are gorgeous but I can't focus and do well with hurting feet.

Something in the heel rubs your feet wrong. Wore these for a few days had horrible blisters. On thing I've noticed with safety shoes is that some fit ppl way better than other keep that in mind.

Every one at work has these shoes. So i thought i would try them. The issue with these shoes is that they are 100% FOAM on the bottom. I am honestly shocked amazon allows a foam, zero grip shoe sole to be cruising and pulling carts with hundreds of pounds across those smooth polished concrete floors. This is why I am sending them back. I am not a fan of foam soles on my shoes. I should have known though cause i literally see people sliding their feet along the floor lol. rubber would have prevented that.

Need to standardize size across styles so that when you order Timberland work shoes you will know what size to order.
