I tried contacting timberland to exchange for another shoe type but have had no one respond to me.

I have a(n) Mid Setra before and I really like the style and color but there something inside or on the sole itself that makes you feel uncomfortable when you walk. I tried changing the insoles to help out but it would still be the same. It was poking my foot right above the instep of the shoes. I thought this would not be the issue for the low version of Setra but it was still the same. I don't know if this was or always been thd issue of Setra but I wish the company would look into it and change the design of the sole. I wish too that I can return it as this is not a quality shoe for a long standing work shoe and feels tight even with wide size.

I purchased these a few months ago and the soles wear out fast. The front and back of the soles are already gone. The toe protector is a little tight as well.

A practical and attractive design, but improvements are needed. There is something wrong with the heel cup because it causes blisters. Something is weird about the shoelaces-come loose too easily.

Got these shoes for work but unfortunately have to return them. They don't run true to size and you should probably move up half a size. They inside of the shoe is very enclosed because of the composite material and cannot be worn with regular socks for me. I would need to wear thin socks, which would tear.
