I read the other reviews and couldn't believe it when people said they won't stay on their feet. But it's true! Unfortunately I'm returning these.

I found these at a shoe store and was so excited because I love the style. Upon trying them on; however, I understand what all the other negative reviews are saying. They do not stay on your foot. There's no way you will be able to walk around comfortably in these. It's too bad because they are really nice and I would've gotten one in every color.

While I think this sandal is beautiful, it was not secure and my foot get slipping around. I ordered a smaller size and it was the same thing. I would certainly be falling in this shoe and I ended up returning both pairs.

I agree with the other reviews. This shoe is impossible to walk in. It looks great but is not functional

Just received the Alvana Toe Post Sandal in Gold and put it on tmmediately! I could tell by the weight of them coming out of the box that they weren't like my other Vionic sandals. I put them on and absolutely loved the way they looked on my foot but they were hard and inflexible. The heel bed is virtually non-existent. I am so sad that I have to return them. As far as looks, they are my favorite but comfort wins out!

Such a cute sandal! I ordered the brown, color was great, nice materials, looked cute....but then I took a step, then another....the 3rd step there was no shoe. It absolutely would NOT stay on my foot. I own a lot of shoes and have never ever just walked out of a shoe.

Shoes looks wonderful but my foot slid off no matter what and actually tripped in them - returned them right away

I wanted to love these, thought so cute and stylish, they arrived, put them on and they slid all over the place, would not stay on my foot at all. I am not sure how they can produce a shoe that doesnt stay on your foot. Easily a tripping hazard - so back in the box they went and returned right away. Never had this experience with a sandle from Vionic before. Too bad, it was a cute shoe.

Such a cute looking shoe but did not fit well. They didn't stay on my feet and toe divider painful. Wish they fit, wanted to keep them but not comfy enough =(

I wanted to love these. Great color and design. However, I couldn't walk in them 5 feet without pain. The toe divider is rough and there was not going to be any " breaking" them in. So disappointed. I did appreciate how easy it was to return them.
