The shoes are amazing and I have received multiple compliments. But that's where the good part ends. I had several days of bad customer service over a 15% discount that would not apply to my order because I was a return customer. Although that was never stated on the discount anywhere. After finally receiving a credit on the purchase two days later they offer anyone buying a pair 20% off. Wtf. The fact that I had to email them 16 times and deal with a total of 4 customer service reps before finally getting a 15% discount was absurd. It wasn't the money as much as the principle. Great shoes bad customer service. I hope hey dudes can start to remedy the issue. I did buy another pair because they are comfortable.
