My husband wears halfs when it comes to shoe size like 10.5 for example. Make sure you get the next size up. So I got him 11s and they fit perfect. I have to say this doesnt pertain to woman's shoes because i bought a pair and a size up and they were too big and I wear a 7 or 7/12.
