I really wanted these cute shoes to be a "go", but alas, the original ones (ordered my size) were much too large, both length and width. I exchanged them for a size smaller. These were too short, too narrow, and rubbed against my arch uncomfortably as well. They had to be returned. I was dismayed that the return of the exchanged pair was cumbersome, requiring a long phone call rather than a simple return. All together, a dissatisfying experience.

Shoes are pretty comfortable for walking. However, the tongue of the shoe is a little awkward and uncomfortable. One of my shoes also makes a squeaking noise when I walk, which I hate. I don’t know if I got a dud of a pair with these or if that’s normal. For the price, I’d expect better quality.
